Finally wrapped up this 1400 sq’ Ashlar slate patio, with cool grey and charcoal release over here in Upper Chi Chester. Due to the shade of the home it wouldn’t dry up enough for sealer with the rain and also from the power wash. The before pictures are at the end, shout out to my Forman Jr in the red, he’s a beast. He’s not afraid to tell you why needs done, you might not know what he’s saying but it’s the thought that counts 😂👍🏻 by @ryankellymasonry1w8

We wrapped up this awhile back, but I wanted to wait to grab the finals for the landscape esthetics. Here we did a long 80’ stamp walk with a step at the driveway, a nice 6’ wide set of steps leading up to a beautifully done 40’x7’ raised patio with footings, block walls, stone veneer to match the house from @mediaquarrycompany and a 4” form liner to cantilever all of the work for a high end look. I usually save the afters for the end but to get an idea of how much we changed this property I put them in mixed with each photo angle so you can really capture it in. Big thanks to everyone who played a part in this project as well and of course thanks @mmonaghan454 for the returning work. 33x31 pole barn floor, 6” slab with 2x3 perimeter footing poured cut and washed in a day. Couldn’t have been a better day to pour 30+ yards. Thanks @dvcconcrete for the prompt delivery and consistent trucks. @matt.tassone22 puttin her down flatttt 😮‍💨👀 CALL 484-94-MASON by @ryankellymasonry1w8

Here is a full repoint we did on a Wine and Spirits with a custom red mortar to accent the brick per property owners request as well as a full exterior caulk restoration around the base of the building so that water couldn’t penetrate this beautiful iron spot building anymore. Here’s one of our most recent projects, just finished in Aston. It’s a 22x18 patio made from Ashlar slate, with a 1’ border in heavy stone texture. There’s also a 6’ wide landing area off the driveway with the same heavy stone texture. To make this patio even more beautiful, the customer chose our full design, which includes a regraded yard, fresh topsoil, two underground downspouts, and a 1’ wide border of 1-3” river rocks with a weed barrier. This will make maintenance a breeze for years to come. Additionally, to enhance the patio’s aesthetics, we demolished the existing retaining wall and constructed a new one utilizing Belgard blocks with coal caps. Happy spring 🙏🏻🍺🍻

Heres a 18x36 stamp we did in garnet valley, roughly 650 sq’, soon to have a badass gazebo and jacuzzi with outdoor lighting, WiFi and sound. @zizzaelectrical94 is doing the electrical work for TV’s and WiFi etc @kennynaulty thanks for the excavation work. @biged.59 hope you love it 🤟🏻 by @ryankellymasonry1w8

Pete and I teamed up on this 9x24 addition. We did the excavation, footings, rat slab, 8” block to 4” block with a 4” brick veneer. Completed for sometime now, looking sharp 👌🏻 by @ryankellymasonry1w8

Here is a job we completed 4 months ago. We tore down a garage hit by a stray car, dug new footings, laid block to engineer spec, grouted, poured floor and stuccoed. Roof by J&A contracting taken in Glenside by @ryankellymasonry1w8
