Solo traveling across Taiwan is an experience hard to translate into text. From biking through rice valleys and up the coast to driving and taking trains to explore the inner depths of this small but significant island, I met some of the most incredible people, tried some of their best foods, and immersed myself in their country’s breathtaking beauty. This adventure has left me feeling so grateful and lended much balance.

A breathwork teacher told me on my 31st birthday: “when you are older you live in a life of probability, but when you are younger you live in a life of possibility.” Live young taken in Taiwan by @ryanlieblein
