Never been to Disney Springs and I’ve lived in Florida most my life. I’ve must of been living under a rock! Soo cool! Kids had a blast at the T-Rex restaurant. @mollygilli #dinosaur #orlando by @ryanlochte
As a 12-time Olympic medalist, I’ve experienced some of the highest highs in sports, as well as some of the lowest lows in life. My journey has taught me that behind every achievement is a real person, and that mental health is just as important as physical strength. Through my speaking engagements, I share my experiences as an Olympian, the challenges I’ve faced, and the lessons I’ve learned about resilience, perseverance, and never giving up. If you’re interested in booking me for a speaking engagement, I would be honored to share my story and connect with your audience. Ryan loves connecting with swimmers and helping the next generation get excited about what they can achieve! 🔥 Want to bring Ryan to your swim team or club? IN SWIMMING, EVERY SECOND COUNTS. EVERY. SINGLE. SECOND. ⏱️🏊‍♂️ A better start. A tighter turn. A stronger underwater. One small adjustment in your stroke. Those little changes can be the difference between hitting a personal best and wondering where you lost time. At a Ryan Lochte Swim Clinic, Ryan works hands-on with swimmers to identify the details that could be costing them valuable time in a race—and teaches them how to become faster, smarter and more efficient in the water. 12 Olympic medals. Decades of racing at the highest level. Now he’s passing it on to the next generation. Because you don’t always need to completely change the way you swim. Sometimes you just need to find the seconds. Find Your Flow. Own Your Race. 📩 Book a Ryan Lochte Swim Clinic: lochteco@gmail.com#swimming #ryanlochte #swimming #dreambig #coaching by @ryanlochte
No two teams are the same, so no two clinics should be either. 🏊‍♂️🔥 No matter your team’s size or location, I tailor every clinic to what YOUR swimmers need. We combine in-water instruction, technique talks, Q&A, and time for pictures! I give personal attention to help each swimmer learn, build confidence, and take something back to practice. Sometimes it’s a small adjustment. Sometimes it’s helping a kid believe they can do something they’ve never done before. That’s what I love about coaching. Your team. Your goals. Let’s find your flow. 📩 For clinic bookings: lochteco@gmail.com by @ryanlochte

Hey Folks! 👋 Coach Ted Lasso here. Hope to see ya at the meet today at 4pm! 🥸 🏊🏻 Go Bears! 🐻 by @ryanlochte
Someone sent me this picture, and it hurt to look at. I remember how lost I felt in the first picture. How little I believed in myself. How hard it was to imagine a future when I could barely get through what I was feeling. I wish I could sit beside that version of me and tell him, “You’re going to laugh and mean it again. You’re going to feel so loved by someone that you sometimes won’t know how to handle all of it. You’re going to wake up one day and be grateful for a life you can’t even picture yet.” Between these two pictures are years of healing and little moments that slowly brought me back to myself. I had no idea how much life was still waiting for me. I’m so grateful I got to find out. by @ryanlochte
When I didn’t make the Olympic team in 2021, I didn’t know what came next. All I’d ever known was swimming and competing. Even this time last year, I wondered what I was going to do with the rest of my life and if anything would ever make me feel that alive again. Then I started coaching. That fire? It’s still freaking there!. I feel it every time one of my swimmers steps behind the blocks. I’m watching every turn, feeling every finish, yelling until my voice is gone. When they finally hit that time they’ve been chasing or finish a race and look up at the board in disbelief, I’m losing my mind right there with them. I know what that moment takes. I still get to compete. I still want to win. And I get to pour everything I’ve learned into swimmers who have so much ahead of them. I want them to see what they’re capable of and I love being there when they finally believe it themselves. Some days I look around the pool and think, “God, I really get to call this my job?” I didn’t know what came next. God did. And I’m so grateful He led me here. @mostateswim by @ryanlochte
