Thank you @specialforcestrust for the opportunity to get on stage and share my testimony. Fantastic Mettle and Moxie event in beautiful Vail CO.

Never underestimate that phone call to a buddy. Might be exactly what they need...

Incredible time this week at the
@sfcharitabletrust Green Beret Celebrity tactical challenge. Met so many outstanding individuals and was able to compete with and against some top-notch folks. All around awesome event!

To all those who donated, I can not thank you enough. Getting to see the use of those dollars to enrich the lives of those who need it most is continually humbling.

"Just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." Matthew 20:28

Reach out to your buddy, talk to the kid, write the thank you note.

Will be back next year to defend our title!

No AI needed when you film cool stuff. Quick recap of the @chrisdhortonlegacysnipercomp. Full video releasing soon. by @ryanmiller_73

Second place at Horton’s. Seven days later, elk in the freezer and soon to be a helluva wall hanger.

We fired over 100 rounds last weekend—hostage shots, targets past 1,000 yards, awkward positions, and everything in between. When a 587-yard opportunity presented itself on this hunt, it was a shot I’d made plenty of times before. That’s why I put the work in.

Conditions and fundamentals still have to be there. But making the shooting the easy part—that’s the goal.

Freezer full, from the land, as God intended. Praise the Lord for this bounty and the ability to provide.

Oh, and you can still harvest giant bulls with a 6.5 Creedmoor. Hunters, go shoot your rifle more than once a year.

This would not have been possible without my buddies @tim_._r and @sarge_1579, love you guys. The help on glass, processing and everything else that goes into a hunt, its always a team effort.

Huge thanks to our biggest homie @ryanmiller_73 and our medium homie @tim_._r for staying late and co-instructing Sniper Team Dynamics today at Rev-Tac! by @ryanmiller_73

First time at the @chrisdhortonlegacysnipercomp by @revtacfirearminstruction , @tim_._r and I are bringing home 2nd overall

Congratulations to Team @magpul @the_mattyoshow and @lift_guns_shoot_weights one taking it home!

Very dynamic match. Good stages, plenty of physical work and stage briefs that kept us thinking and communicating.

Aced the stalk, positive ID, 1st round Impact. Max points. Prep paid off, and we left with a few things to polish as we work towards that top slot. Who says big guys cant hide? an abundance of gratitude to all the folks that helped us out with that!

Thanks to everyone who put in the work to make this match happen and carry Chris Horton’s legacy forward. Proud to have been part of it.

Yesterday was the static version. Here’s how the setup actually carries.

The @eberlestock ARC carrier on the Mission EMOD frame has been a pretty slick answer for moving with a rifle without stepping all the way up to a full-size ruck.

Weight stays centered, the rifle stays controlled, and I still have enough sustainment/admin space for the things that actually matter.

Still refining it, but this one is making a lot of sense.

What would you change?

I think we found a winner.

I’m always chasing the most efficient loadout I can get away with—enough room for the redundancies that matter, without carrying half the garage.

I still like running as slick as possible with a chest rig and belt, but once you need to carry a rifle and start covering ground, a sling or suitcase carry gets old fast.

This is the @eberlestock ARC carrier paired with the Mission EMOD frame. Fast, minimal, keeps the weight centered, and doesn’t force me into a full-size ruck.

Add a few army surplus finds and you’ve got sustainment/admin covered without overcomplicating the setup.

Still tweaking it, but this one makes a lot of sense.

Whats your load out look like? by @ryanmiller_73

Some brands sponsor a match while some brands are already part of the match. @Magpul is the latter.

For years, Magpul has been a staple in shooter’s gear everywhere. Seeing competitor load-outs at Kinetic Comps showed Magpul being represented in more ways than we could count. Magazines, furniture, accessories, gear—products that have earned their place through use, not marketing.

That’s what makes having Magpul as a Gold Tier Sponsor of Kinetic Comps meaningful.

Magpul has invested in the people, the community, and the culture that make events like this possible.

And the people behind Magpul have been just as impressive as their products. The Magpul team has been an absolute pleasure to work with, consistently showing up, answering the call, and going the extra mile for this community.

To the Magpul team: thank you for continuing to support the people who train hard, compete at a high-level, and keep this community pushing forward. 🇺🇸

Man, this one was outstanding. Incredible venue, challenging terrain, and @marathontargets at 1200 yards+ . @kinetic.comps @sniper_team_series, Ill definitely be back. @dmrresort, your location is stunning. @osoklad
and @saving_ryans_privatez put together a challengeing and rewarding COF

Thank you to @magpul and @lift_guns_shoot_weights for the last min invite. For only 5 days notice and the shooting with a different partner, Im pretty pleased with our top 10 finish (9/45)

Huge thanks to @g9ammo for the 6.5 120s that ran LIGHTS OUT.

I ran my trusty @krg_ops W3PRO Chocy Chip and all the loaded mags I could carry. @lift_guns_shoot_weights put on a clinic for anything 1ky and beyond. Even cleaned a sniper stalk 🤣

Ran a few new pieces of gear that stood up to the test.
