World's 🌈

Emptied the tank and gave what I had. The game has certainly changed over the years. Proud to have taken the start and represented my country at my 9th Elite Worlds. Thank you to @cyclingireland for the unwavering support as always.

Another day chewing some wind before my stem got it's share.
Went all in to defend the race lead for @lewis_askey and everyone showed up on point. Missed out in the end but an incredible ride still sees us 2nd on GC going in to the last day tomorrow.
You can ride tomorrow @nilspolitt

Back at it as this year's @thetourofbritain

Always great to race here. And even better when we get the win. Mega effort by @lewis_askey to bring home the win. Great team effort today.

Added bonus that the little fella was able to come see Dad at work ❤️ taken in Lincoln, UK by @ryanmullen9

Really happy and proud to come away with my 8th National TT championship last night.

Always a race I enjoy and the build up to it.

Special thanks to every one in @cyclingireland and @castlebarcc for a smoothly run event.

On to the road race on Sunday.

Shout out to @simoclarke for the added gain of extra slipperyness this year 🫡

Giro 2026 over and out.

Meant the world to me to have the little fella get up on the presentation with me before the final stage.
Might not get him on to an actual podium in the years to come so this will have to do for now🤣

Huge huge thank you to everyone at @nsncyclingteam for the support over the last month. Hats off to everyone behind the scenes; they work just as hard as us riders do 👏

And a massive shout out to @ekoicycling for making Gino a replica jersey in munchkin size.

Now please excuse me, I've got a coma to fall back in to 💤😴 taken in Rome, Italy by @ryanmullen9
