Had a hell of a year, thanks to everyone that’s been around for the good times and the bad. Rode a lot of bikes, raced a bit, smacked my head really hard, and somehow came out with a clearer sense of what really matters.

P1 this weekend 🤘🏼

Always a good time at @mmxracing for @ama_d36

I didn’t come in with huge expectations- new bike, still working through some injury stuff, and mostly just wanted to ease back into racing.

Stoked to put it all together and lead from start to finish. It’s been a long road back to feeling good on the bike, and that makes me appreciate it even more.

Still a few things to iron out, but I’m psyched to be back in action and mentally locked in again.

$Hey everyone- I’ve been pretty quiet on here and just wanted to share what’s been going on. I took a big hit to the head at the beginning of June that left me rattled for way longer than I expected. Constant brain fog, memory issues, vision/hearing problems, and just general overwhelm for weeks on end. It was honestly the closest I’ve ever come to questioning this whole riding thing.. Just as I started feeling a bit better, I jumped the gun and got back on the mountain bike. Deep down I knew I wasn’t ready. Coordination was still off and sure enough, one dumb mistake later and I ended up on the ground. I’m now dealing with a fractured sternum. It’s been 2 months off the bike so far. I’m thankful it wasn’t worse, and I’m absolutely jonesing to get back out there. See you guys soon 🖤 by @ryansutton_198m$
