Thank you to Sylvester Stallone for being real… unlike @therock and others. We tell our kids that “steroids are bad” but then show them ideal bodies that aren’t possible without them.

I am legally prescribed anabolic steroids. I have my labs done regularly and I’m extremely regimented. But I will NEVER tell some kid in the gym “I just train hard, eat right, and take my creatine!” BE REAL. Be like @officialslystallone by @ryanwallacebuilt

14 Years Later. Look at those BABIES!

I’m so much more in love with her now than I ever was then. Truly.

Yes. We may occasionally want to strangle each other. Hard. But she is mine and I am hers and I couldn’t be more blessed for that.
