This summer we had the opportunity to “OWN the doors we knocked”

Our group has always been huge on knocking doors to own doors- being smart and investing in real estate-

Learning about business ownership, and the path to equity was wildly eye opening. We are so grateful, and so excited for the future.

In 2026:

• $9.6M+ total serviced revenue - our best year ever
•TRUE RPR: $137K, including every rep who even touched a door. Zero fluff.
• $8M across Dallas, Raleigh, OKC, and Orlando in markets WE OWN.
• Ryan: $301K personal serviced
• Drew: $415K personal serviced
• 2026 “Good Guys” Cup Champions 👀🏆

We both got trenchy this year. Brought out our families, lived in market and knocked full time, and tried to show up for our people everyday! It wasn’t easy, but when we sat down and really looked at the equity model, it was a no brainer. The sacrifice is worth it, for what it will bring us long term.

Because we own this revenue, our net worth more than doubled this year.

That’s the power of equity, and a real, sellable asset.

In 2027, we have big plans to work harder, and go even bigger- including personally selling and leading full-time in the field alongside our teams.

This year came with new lessons and incredible growth. After 16 combined years in D2D, we have a clear plan to build something that we are excited to grow and work on forever!

As we grow these branches, and continue to open more, we want to recruit some 5 star people to build alongside us. Leaders and reps who want a clear path to real equity, and something that can provide for their future.

Today we celebrated our son William’s first heavenly birthday. Though we can’t hold him in our arms, we carry him in our hearts every single day.

Today, we also brought our daughter Willow home from the hospital. We know this timing was no accident. It was a tender mercy from a loving Heavenly Father. If William could’ve chosen a gift for his special day, we believe it would have been watching his little sister come home with us.

This evening, we sat at his grave surrounded by family, letting off balloons to celebrate his life. The Spirit was strong as we reflected on the sacred timing of it all. Our grief for William is still very real, but so is the peace that comes through Jesus Christ. The same Savior who carried us through our loss has now blessed us with the miracle of Willow.

We have a firm testimony that families are eternal. Because of Jesus Christ and His Atonement, we know we will be with William again. That knowledge brings hope in our pain and joy in our journey forward.

We love William. We love Willow. We will continue to celebrate his birthday every year with her and our future children. We will always “remember him” and “live for her.”

Willow Elise Myers ♥️
08.30.25 — 6 lbs 14 oz

We came into the hospital at midnight Saturday morning to be induced, and everything started off smooth—Elise was already dilated to a 4 by 9:30 AM. But around 10:30, things turned scary fast. Willow’s heartbeat spiked to 200–225 for over an hour and wouldn’t come down. After trying everything, our doctor rushed Elise into an emergency C-section, worried her little heart might give out. Within 15 minutes, Willow was here. Hearing her first cry was the best sound of our lives—it brought us both to tears.

Later we learned Elise had an abruption in her placenta. Without that C-section, things could have gone very differently. We’ve seen the Lord’s hand in every detail of this day, and we’ve felt our sweet boy’s presence with us, too.

We’re obsessed with our little girl and so grateful for modern medicine, an incredible doctor, and the miracle that she is. She’s got me wrapped around her little finger already🥹 We love our Willow! It’s an honor to be her mom and dad. by @ryanwilliammyers

No couch leaders. 🏆

Leaders should be in the trenches, whether that means knocking full time, showing up for tournaments, knocking with your guys, or training. BE TRENCHY. Your willingness to show up for your people shouldn’t ever change just because your role does. Even when it’s inconvenient or you don’t feel like it.

If you’re asking your guys to dig deeper, they’d better see you digging right beside them.

My favorite part of this summer was winning the Good Guys Championship with my guys. The work, the brotherhood, and getting to celebrate something we earned together made that win so sweet.

The standard starts with us.

ONE YEAR with our Willow girl 🎉🫶🏻

I can’t believe it was a year ago today I held her in my arms for the first time. She’s had me wrapped around her finger since day 1. I don’t know how I ever lived a day without her!

She’s very much a daddy’s girl. We watch Scooby-Doo and Snoopy together. She loves golf balls and playing in the grass, and she gives the best snuggles ever. Being her dad is my favorite thing in the world, and watching Elise be her mom has made me love her even more. To me, Willow is a copy and paste of Elise. Personality, looks, all of it. It’s freakin cute haha. They are my everything and the biggest reason behind all I do.

I’ve never seen a baby smile and laugh as much as her. She waves at everyone in public and makes friends everywhere she goes. I love her little nose scrunches, her personality, and just watching her be stoked about everything in life haha. She is the brightest light, and I truly believe God knew exactly what I needed when He gave us Willow.

I fully plan to spoil the crap out of her. Thankfully we have her mom to keep me somewhat under control hahah. I’m so excited to watch her grow, but man, I’d keep her this little a while longer if I could.

3 years married to my queen, my best friend, and my eternal companion 🫶🏻

My favorite year of life so far! We welcomed Willow, got to travel together, dialed in our health more than ever (thanks to Elise being the best coach ;)), and she absolutely dominated her business this year!

The biggest one for me this year, I made the leap to EnviroGuard owning branches, and that meant a lot of sacrifice on Elise’s end. She moved out to Texas with me without a second of hesitation. Time away from family in Idaho, away from home, traveling, doing whatever we needed to do, she’s been right there for all of it. That means more to me than I can say. Elise understands the vision for our future, she shares it, and she’s got even bigger aspirations of her own that push me to be better every day.

Elise is always there. For me, for Willow, for the memory of William, for our family, for the dream we’re building together.

You’re the whole package, babe. I lucked out in every way. I still can’t believe I’m the one you chose to be sealed to for eternity. Three years down, forever to go. I love you so much. Happy anniversary ♥️ by @ryanwilliammyers

Orlando branch is cooking!! Makes me so proud. I love working with, partnering with, and OWNING with my best friends. Grateful doesn’t even cover it. Lots of work ahead of us!

A few things I’m really proud of lately:

1. We put on 2,000+ new active customers in our Dallas branch in exactly one month. Feels freakin good to be an owner.
2. We’ve put in the work and are opening 3 new branches within the next couple weeks!!
3. We have 11 guys over $100k already.
4. Willow started crawling 😭
5. I’m down 35 lbs since November. I weighed 163 this morning and feel incredible.
6. Elise has been DOMINATING at @thefishingbearlodge and closing people hard! Big year ahead.
7. Elise has also continued growing @sunnyskinandwellness and I’m crazy proud of her.

Tons of other wins. Tons of ups and downs too. Just feeling really grateful for the people in my corner and fired up for these next 3 months. Let’s goooooo taken in Dallas, Texas by @ryanwilliammyers

Willow LOVES the ocean 🥹🌊 I’m flying to Salt Lake tonight with Elise, landing at 5am, kissing her and Willow goodbye, then flying straight to Waco without leaving the airport in SLC.

“Short term sacrifices bring long term rewards.”
Elise and I have talked about that a lot lately.

Big life changes, being away from home, time apart (she’s moving out soon). It’s not easy, but we’re aligned on our vision and goals, and we’re building something bigger than comfort. I’m psyched and grateful.

This will be the year we always look back on and forever be proud of the decisions we made, no matter how tough they were.

Oahu was a blast! I love my family so much! I’m really glad I got to spend this week with them. Back to the grind 😤 by @ryanwilliammyers
