🎬✨ LATINO REPRESENTATION MATTERS! 🌟

What an incredible experience sitting down with Jesus Del Orden @jesusdelorden and his @rybintalent , @susanrybin , on The Community Spotlight!

Jesus is a powerful reminder of what’s possible when talent, hard work, determination, and the right guidance come together.

Seeing Latinos pursue their dreams and find their place in mainstream media is inspiring. Representation matters because when we see ourselves, we begin to see what’s possible. ❤️

Thank you both for sharing your journey and reminding us of the importance of mentorship, perseverance, and believing in your potential.

Throwback to an unforgettable moment! 37 years ago, our founder, Susan Rybin, gathered over 50 of her students and clients to perform a song alongside the iconic Charytin! This special performance was for the Telemaraton De La Hermandad to help raise funds for Puerto Rico after Hurricane Hugo.

Recently, Susan had the chance to reunite with Charytin on the set of Desiguales. It was incredible to see her after all these years, and she even remembered Susan!

Swipe to see the throwback and their beautiful reunion!

Meet our inspiring founder, @susanrybin. From her early days breaking barriers in theater and television to founding Rybin Talent Management, her mission has always been heartfelt, supporting minority voices and nurturing the next generation of stars.

“I love to represent minorities as a manager, and I also love to teach acting and auditioning techniques to kids who REALLY, REALLY want to be actors.”

We know how much your child’s dreams matter. Let our decades of real-world experience guide them straight to the spotlight.
