8 tracks, countless hours spent, made with immeasurable love for creating - my new EP, “lost in austin vol. 3”, is out now 🙋🏼‍♂️

i’m super proud of the project i’ve put together, and beyond excited to finally share my music with so many of you i’ve met over this past year, as well as those of you who’ve been following my music for some time now. headphones or car speakers recommended 🎧🚙

🎹 THE COOK UP, by @undergroundvoiceslive
🗓️ this upcoming monday (7/20/26) at 7:30
📍 @the13thflooraustin

a tournament-style showcase of some of ATX’s top hip hop production, featuring myself among seven other super talented local artists i’m proud to share a stage with 🙋🏼‍♂️

i think events like this highlight why human expression is an essential, irreplaceable component of art and will always pave the way forward for it. nobody wants a battle of who wrote the right suno ai prompt or got the right gpt answers. they do want a night to highlight the sounds of a new era in ATX hip hop, and with this lineup especially, it’ll be one you won’t wanna miss 🎧

and remember, as the incoming bot in this comment section says, send me this post fam 🤘

now i’m sure you’re thinking “wow what a lovely tune i wonder if there’s a way to listen to it while i’m not doomscrolling” so rest assured that yes, you can, and i don’t really feel like telling you how, so figure it out for yourself dude. i mean what am i expected to hold your hand through the whole thing? you can lead a horse to water but i mean get a grip and take a sip fr. read a book or something. i don’t do tutorials on how to listen to my new EP, lost in austin vol. 3, on all streaming platforms by searching for it by name or peering into my bio. that’s for you to figure out. if you’re looking for someone to tell you that this song is track 5 on my instrumental EP and that a version with @ananto_ on the vocals also exists, i simply cannot in good conscience be the guy who will just spoonfeed you that info. not to mention i’d be lying (it’s track 4)

ughhhh i had a whole spiel typed out about the importance of not letting gen ai slop affect our creative motivation but i got carried away meme’ing so i guess i have to make another video like this so i have a valid excuse to ramble into the social media ether again thus temporarily alleviating that innate need to feel heard in life. after all, why have thoughts if you aren’t going to project them into the world through an online platform that banks off of our inability to detach personal validation from readily available analytics like follower/like counts? amirite? no really, amirite? i need to hear iamrite. i’d better start writing a caption.

Do you have what it takes to step up to the mic?

The Step Up Cypher returns Saturday night at @maggiemaesaustin from 10pm to 2am. No cover. Must be 21+ to enter.

We’ve got DJ 100 Stakks (@rfmbrs) and @rydupre spinning your favorite music and drinks on deck. Come through to catch a vibe, have a drink with us, and turn up.

If you’re an artist we have two open cyphers starting at 10:30pm and at midnight. Come through to flex your freestyle skills in front of a supportive crowd. Each cypher will last roughly 15 minutes and will have a prompt changing words every few seconds.

Shoutout to @rhymenreasonatx for partnering with us for this event.

Underground Voices is an independent artist platform dedicated to providing a safe space for creativity. Join the family on Discord to share your work with us. Link in bio.

Be You. Live R.E.A.L.

HELLO hi there watcha doin this saturday night?
i ask bc i’m DJ’ing for a couple hours at Maggie Mae’s on 6th starting at midnight (technically sunday a.m.) and i could measure in decibels how many reasons one could have to come, particularly if you like hip hop 🎵
without spoiling too much i’m playing some of my favorite club-friendly stuff; think rico, chromakopia, TDE/kendrick, flocka, asap mob, bia, ski mask, ok enough spoilers just trust my taste on this one i gotchu. no requests, no chris brown, no drake, no worries. hakuna matata :)
it’s for an event which @undergroundvoiceslive and i launched earlier this month, set for every other saturday night! wow. this one kicks off at 10pm with @rfmbrs on the decks, followed by little old me at 12 🙋🏼‍♂️
follow @rhymenreasonatx (my event account) for more event-related stuffs, next Rhyme & Reason (week 10!!!) is in january, same spot, better than ever. sorry my b for the hiatus over there i just uhhhhh went to trader joes
i’ve never even been to a trader joes idk why i said that. that decibels line was fire lol be safe thanks for listening don’t forget to smash that mother fucking like bu taken in Maggie Mae's by @rydupre
