June 24th to June 28th 2026 was a week to remember! From getting to see my dear homie @iamweeman on the red carpet at the @jackass premiere to the next night hanging with family & friends at the @cyclezombies pre Born Free party then the next night riding with Kyosuke to the @hwy.inc new movie premiere on my new chopper built by @steels21 then Saturday and Sunday doing our first coffee booth @bornfreeshow and it was a success and a great time with my team, my homies & my family. Oh, and I bought a new ring from @whirlinglog_and_arrow at Born Free. taken in Southern California by @ryedog

1 blizzard and 2 snow storms turned our 3 day vacay into 8 days up in Running Springs, Ca. We ran low on food and dog food, but had plenty of coffee on hand, thank goodness. We shoveled everyday for hours to keep up with the 8 feet of snow we received in that time span. I hiked in knee to waist high snow to the only thing open, a pizza joint and bought eight hoagies, a patty melt, a burger and lasagna. I went overboard. But I was like, I’m gonna make this worth it. The kind and generous neighbors hooked us up with some dry food, wine and dog food. The next day another neighbor hiked down to the store that he heard had opened back up only to find out it was almost wiped out and came home with one carton of eggs and a bag of corn tortillas and fresh broccoli and carrots that we split in half with them. Our power flickered for days and stayed on even though the next street up had no power for days. We strategically ate our meals to make sure we didn’t run out which unfortunately meant no snacking. Something you feel the need to do when cooped up in the house. We sledded in our yard, made snow angels, ate icicles and Brewer, our dog, turned out to be quite the snow dog. He loved it!!! Our street finally got plowed and two gentlemen the Airbnb host hired came and snow blowed our driveway and helped us get our van out and we only got stuck once. Then we followed them out and took a chance taking hwy 330 down. Which as you can see was a wise decision. Turns out the State of California made it a State of Emergency because of it. Gas stations were low on fuel and grocery stores were empty and 300 kids at a science camp got snowed in in our area too. Wild freaking times. Thanks to everyone that reached out to check in on us and offered to help with anything. We have awesome friends. A blizzard that people haven’t seen in over 30 years is something we’ll never forget. Running Springs / Big Bear / Arrowhead blizzard 2023. What an experience! Still here and waiting for the highways to open and the roads to be plowed. Heard from a neighbor they sent majority of the plows to El Cajon pass and we have three plows to split between the three cities. Hopefully we come home Monday and not Tuesday. We were supposed to come home last Friday. Wish us luck! taken in Running Springs, California by @ryedog

Said goodbye to my grandma today. She was one month shy of 94 years old. She called me mijo. She tore Double Mint gum in half when I wanted a piece. She always slipped me 5 bucks. She took me to Pow Wows in New Mexico. She taught me the family tree. She pinched me when I was out of line. She gave me my late grandpa’s turquoise rings and belt buckle that had his initials because we had the same initials and the same ring size. She was one of the key people in my life to teach me the manners of a gentleman. How to walk on the curbside when walking with a lady to protect her. How to always take off my hat when indoors (which I break that rule all the time and she would still pinch me to this day for that). How to always open the door for someone. But, one of mine and her favorites, how to enjoy a slice of sweets for breakfast (didn’t matter what it was as long as it was sweet). May you Rest In Peace, Grandma. I love you.

I took this picture in 2010 at the LAKERS Championship parade with @drk64 and it’s something I’ll never forget. I’ve been a fan of NBA basketball since @kobebryant ‘s rookie year with the @lakers and have never looked back. I’m so heartbroken, but I remind myself I have friendships with people because of the love for the LAKERS, but mostly because of The Mamba. His game winners got me through some tough times and the connection I have with the LAKERS is undeniable. I’ve never felt this heartbroken for a celebrity, but at the same time he was more than a celebrity, he was a bonafide LEGEND. This was by far the hardest thing I’ve had to do. We had to say goodbye and lay Kua to rest. This 13 1/2 year old son of ours was part of @tarajim and my story from the 2nd half of our 20’s through all of our 30’s and the start of our 40’s and adding two beautiful girls in the process.
Thank you for being there for us all those years, Kua. I’ll never forget you and I love you 😢

The above photos are from our last two days with him. We had a veterinarian come to our house so we could do this in the comfort of our own home. To make it as easy as possible for him. He was the greatest dog we could have ever asked for ❤️ by @ryedog
