Got allergies? Asthma?

How often do you change your furnace filters?

Your furnace filters air contaminants from your basement and crawl space. Even from outdoors, through gaps.

We're talking allergens, irritants, mold spores, outdoor air pollution, and more. That filtered air fills up your living spaces.

Once your filter's dirty, it can't do its job. So you're breathing all those contaminants in.

I stumbled on Luis, A-1 HVAC expert on my errands. He had just changed out this dirty furnace filter. Then confirmed my knowledge about this source of contaminants.

The co. cleans ductwork too!

Hope you had a heart-warming Thanksgiving with your loved ones.

I was volunteering with my team— helping an isolated elderly neighbor at high risk of falling. He could not make it to dinner with us so we brought dinner to him.
He was his mother's caregiver at the end of her life, sacrificing his own income-earning hours. So now he's struggling.

If you have such a neighbor, connect them with Village to Village Network, a U.S.- wide non-profit helping elders get community support. Yes, we're on it!
