⚡ New Training Equipment Has Arrived! ⚡

Just received FOUR new Prestan AED Ultra Trainers for our CPR and AED classes!

Out of all the AED trainers I’ve worked with over the years, the Prestan Ultra remains one of my favorites. The real-time student feedback helps create a more realistic learning experience and gives students confidence that they’re performing the skills correctly.

Every piece of equipment we add is another investment in providing high-quality, hands-on training for our students and community.

A huge thank you to @Prestanproducts for continuing to innovate training equipment that helps instructors prepare everyday people to save lives.

Guess the fictional characters to share a birthday with. 💀🚌

I'm ready for the Phantom Dimension. Got to help my main girl out! Happy Birthday to both of us.

Fireworks, ships, and Old Glory over New Orleans. 🇺🇸⚓

Proud to have served. Proud to still stand for the flag.

Today isn’t just about burgers, beer, and fireworks — it’s about freedom.
The kind of freedom many take for granted.
As an American and a veteran, I’ve seen what it costs. I’ve fought for it. And right now, brave people in places like Ukraine are still fighting for theirs.

So while you’re lighting up the sky tonight, be thankful those rockets aren’t falling on your home from tyrants.
Hold your family close.
Remember the reason.
And never forget that freedom isn’t free.

I’m swimming 15 miles to help ensure the Red Cross can provide swim lessons to help reduce drownings and build competence in the water. The American Red Cross is a US registered 501(c)(3), so give with confidence! Please consider making a donation — every little bit helps. Thank you for your support!

The ER had their decontamination tent set up. Brought back memories of when I ran the First Receivers Decontamination Team up in Groton. Oh how many times I've set up this exact tent.

It seems some training is needed. How is the armorer letting that out the window? How is the Marine not saying what's up? And how did the Combat camera 4541 film, edit and post this after the backwards scope clip from the Navy went viral?
