I am SO excited to announce my commitment to the University of Arkansas to continue my athletic and academic career! Thank you to everyone who has helped me get to this point including, my parents, coaches (in every sport), family, teammates, and friends. Thank you to Coach Burns, and Coach Johnson for giving me this opportunity! So excited to continue what I love for another 4 years! ❤️🐗 #woopigsooie #gohogs taken in Fayetteville, Arkansas by @ryinmiller

Thank you @julibenson44 and @nsaf_track for allowing me a chance to be apart of the Nike elite program, meet amazing people, and grow in the sport. Extremely grateful I got a chance to lace up the spikes and wear the kit for the first, last, and only time. Thank you @corosglobal and @ryanpoland for supporting me throughout my high school career!

Do yourself a favor and buy you some Nike’s and a Coros watch that’s all you need. taken in Hayward Field, University Of Oregon, Eugene by @ryinmiller

You can’t think about what could’ve happened without this, you have to think about what will happen because of this. Whatever situation you’re in it’s only as good or bad as you make it to be… choose to see the good cause there’s so much even in the bad if you look for it.
Freshman year-I learned how much I love running
Sophomore year- I learned how to push myself in it
Junior year- I learned how to race and train smarter
Senior year- I was reminded of why I love the sport
Each year important, proud of everyone. These last four years there were lots of memories made, lessons learned, and awesome people I met along the way. Grateful for the girls beside me I was fortunate enough to call my teammates, and for of course the legendary coach Brading. So much love for high school running 🫶, onto the next! You’re gonna want to keep your eyes on the Razorbacks!!! 🐗❤️ by @ryinmiller

This season did not go how I expected it to, but our lowest moments are where we grow. They force us to step back pause and learn so we can go forward and farther than we have ever been before. I know someday I can look back on this season and understand why it happened, and all that I learned from it. I set many goals for myself and while I wasn’t able to accomplish most of them, I accomplished my biggest goal and that was to be present in every moment and for that I’m proud.
