10 years. A whole decade of loving this game with everything in me, through the ups and downs, and it still doesn’t feel real that it’s over. This sport has been a constant in my life, shaping me in ways I never would have expected.

This sport has truly inspired me and helped me discover so much more about myself than I ever thought possible. Having the opportunity to represent the University of Rhode Island is something I will always be proud of and grateful for.

Thank you to my family for being my constant support system and for the rides, the cheers, the advice, and every bit of love you’ve poured into me along the way. I wouldn’t be the person I am today without you.

Saying goodbye to this sport isn’t easy. It’s been my comfort, my challenge, and my outlet for so long. But as this chapter closes, I’m choosing to look back with nothing but gratitude. Here’s to everything volleyball has given me 🫂 #attacktherestofyourday taken in Keaney Gymnasium by @ryleighpowers_
