Next up from Tuscaloosa, Alabama, is Gideon!

This EP was released in June 2026 and I had to go for this great looking picture disc! Limited to 300 copies and brought to us by @sumerianrecords .

Gideon’s ‘4x4’ EP is a short, filthy blast of southern-tinged metalcore and hardcore. Five tracks packed with huge riffs, stomping grooves and breakdowns. I’m well into this band, check them out! 🤘

We got added to this fest last minute. When we got there to load in we kept getting bad weather alerts, sets were sadly cancelled and we were notified that we’d be the opening band that day. When it started to rain we were expecting to play in front of little to no one.
Y’all show up for us time and time again, rain or shine. We just want to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts. That shit was wild y’all! @sonictemplefestival

Thanks for the video @josemangin 💪

@sonictemplefestival Thank y’all so much for yesterday! You showed up in the rain and showed us a damn good time! Thank you @josemangin for warming them up and for the bad ass video! Also, shoutout to all the folks that rocked the after party show with us at Donato’s. It was a long day, but you all made it so memorable. We’ll be talking about this one for years to come 🙏
