A lot of people walk around all day in anterior pelvic tilt. That puts unwanted pressure on your lower back. 🚫

Glute bridges are a great way to combat this. The main focus here is to tuck your pelvis and engage your glutes as you press up (as Thomas demonstrates here). This is how you can teach yourself to control and strengthen your hips. 🙌

I am so excited to announce that I am committing to McNeese State University to play D1 soccer and continue my academic and athletic career!! Thank you so much to my family, friends, coaches, and teammates that have sacrificed, cheered, and pushed me to achieve this goal. I couldn’t have done any of this without you. I would especially like to thank Coach @jyepes and Coach Jade for this opportunity and their belief in me as a player. I give all glory to GOD❤️🙏 GO POKES⚽️ @ImYouthSoccer @ConcordeSoccer @mcneesesoccer @southforsythhs by @ryles_2tommy
