My spin on @xgracemariex and @alyxsrituals challenge 🥵

I don’t have my wide splits so decided to put the whole thing in reverse and take a wide fold to Chinstand instead 🤪 shoutout @hannahvsrituals and @damiserandolph for that transition!

Alright who’s trying next? 🔥

Had to try @tarynsrituals challenge of supported headstand to forearm stand 🤩🤪

Real talk this is something I tried a few months ago and couldn’t do. I set it to the side and focused on building shoulder and core strength. I couldn’t believe how easy this came when I tried again! It’s crazy how much your yoga practice changes when you let go of chasing transitions/poses and focus on foundations 😤❤️‍🔥

WORK IT WEDNESDAY 9/16 😤💪

It’s no secret that handstand is one of my favorite poses 🤭 I’ve made 2026 the year progress, progress, progress when it comes to this inversion. The good news about that? I have so many tips to share with you! 🔥

This flow focuses on shoulder strength, core compression and engagement, and length in the hips and hamstrings. A perfect recipe for hitting your handstand 😎✨

Who’s flowing with me tonight!? ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

WORK IT WEDNESDAY 9/9 😤💪

This cozy, rainy morning has me feeling like I’m ready to MOVE 🤩🔥

Focusing on strength and mobility it our outer hips today to help with deep squatting movements and general leg flexibility 😮‍💨 it’s wide splits week so it’s time to bring the HEAT 👀

Who’s flowing this one out with me today? ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

YOGA CHALLENGE 😮‍💨🔥

Side crow ➡️ Tripod headstand ➡️ Sage 1 ➡️ Side crow

My favorite thing is stringing poses together and moving in ways I didn’t think of before (or didn’t know I could!) 🤩✨

Who’s trying this one? Tag me if you do!! 🔥🔥🔥

WORK IT WEDNESDAY 8/26 😤💪

Stretching out the shoulders, opening the hips, strengthening the glutes, we’re doing a little bit of everything in this flow to prep us for back bends! 🔥

If you find you have limited mobility on your back bends (like me!) finding different ways to connect to the areas is your body that feel stuck will get you way farther than just trying to get into that back bend over and over 😵‍💫

Who’s flowing this one with me!? ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Working the hamstring in all types of ways with this one to get us confident in our posterior chain strength 😤🔥

The beautiful thing about yoga is finding the grace in the power, the fun in the work, and the ease in the effort. I feel like this flow really embodies that 😌

Who’s flowing this with me? See you on your mat 🔥
