“1MoTyme” Ten years ago, my dad stepped into the ring, with this song, entering with the entire stadium stomping and clapping, for his final fight. One last time, he poured his heart and soul into every punch, not just for himself, but for his family, his community, and the name he had built with his own two hands. He won. To the world, Tocker Pudwill is the boxer from Mandan, ND. The fighter who never backed down. The kid who fought to make a name for himself, who climbed the ranks, who fought his way to the world stage twice. But to me, he’s so much more.

To me, Tocker Pudwill is my dad, my role model, my rock, my hero. He didn’t just fight in the ring; he fought for his family every single day. Without hesitation, he stepped into the greatest role of his life: being a father to three girls. He didn’t just teach us about strength, he showed us, in every sacrifice, in every moment of unwavering love. He showed us what it means to stand tall in the face of adversity, to push forward when life knocks you down, and to always fight for the people you love.

He may have taken off the gloves that night, but he never stopped being a fighter. He fights for us in every hug, every hard lesson, every sacrifice we’ll never fully understand. He’s still in our corner, just like he always has been.

Dad, your legacy isn’t just in the matches you fought, it’s in the hearts you’ve shaped, the lessons you’ve taught, and the love you’ve given. No matter how many years pass, your fight, your strength, and your love live on in us. We are so proud to be your daughters.
