We have a lot of families we work with who are battling DIPG. As DIPG Awareness Day comes to a close tonight it continues for so many families. They are living these unimaginable odds. 10 years ago today, Rylie’s Law passed unanimously through Delaware’s Senate and House of Representatives, making medicinal cannabis legal for medically compromised children.
I’d like to thank Senator Ernie Lopez, Speaker of the House Pete Swartzkopf, Representative Mike Ramone, Governor Markell, and countless others who showed us so much support.
Without cannabis, I wouldn’t be here today, and I know that there are many others who could say the same.

10 years ago today…

History was made, and Rylie’s Law passed unanimously through Delaware’s Senate and House of Representatives, saving the lives of countless children who needed cannabis as medicine. Including me.
If it weren’t for cannabis, I wouldn’t be here today. It is a medicine that saved my life and put me into remission from Aggressive Giant Cell Bone Tumors.
Passing this law saved my life, the quality of my life, and did the same for others. With the help of Senator Ernie Lopez, Speaker of the House Pete Swartzkopf, Representative Mike Ramone, Governor Markell, and so many others, we passed a law that changed the world for the better.

THANK YOU ALL for the support you have shown, and thank you to those who opened their minds to a medicine that was unheard of.

Honored last night by Delaware For Good with a Jefferson Award. It was such an honor to meet and be recognized amongst so many inspirational Delawareans! So many who are advocating for amazing causes right here in our own back yards made me feel like the world has a ton of hope in it. by @ryliessmile

DeeDee is one of our many Rylie’s Smile kids who we have grown closest with. Without donations, we wouldn’t be able to help the many children like her.
