up close & personal insights about the past 5 months

on the 27th of march i literally felt the worst i’ve felt in my whole life
out of shape, out of ambition & most importantly didn’t feel like myself no more
spend most days just thinking & hoping for something better,
stuck in a cycle of bad habits & repeating mistakes
instead of doing something i just kept on thinking
my body felt awful, my mind was spinning

it’s been 5 months since then,
slowly grew into a healthy daily routine
good nutritious meals, daily exercising & enough rest

honestly i never expected myself to do what i do on a daily before & i could not have known what i im capable of
sometimes all it takes is a decision, it’s that simple

also, keep good friends around you
i cannot tell you how grateful i am to have friends like @gaiusokami & @yaya_tourai that keep pushing me

okay enough said, next postings back about fashion lmao by @rymndla
