What exactly is 'will do everything we can to help make things easier? Can I see the extre effort this email implies beyond the job I paid you to do.... which your doing late.... I don't usually complain but I have been on more then 5 flights this year with jetstar not one NOT ONE has has left and arrived on time. I know what your thinking bad luck only 3 of my 10+ flight last year left on time and arrive to time however I did have 1 flight that was delayed then undelayed so I don't know which category that fits in. What part of my original 8 hr trip now 13hr trip are you taking responsibility for making easier can I get som specifics? taken in Sydney Domestic Airport by @rynhooke
