IT JUST IS…that I love you guys! From the first time I stepped on campus you were always different. I got to witness it in person and now I’m glad the world got witness who you are! You prepared, poured into yourself and this team very few will ever comprehend. You forced me to grow and expand my own perspective and the way I see the world which is the greatest gift you could have ever given me! You made decisions, you built ridiculous clarity and belief in yourself and listened to all my craziness… Now you get to see and live what your brain already knew all along! From deep in my soul THANK YOU! The history books will have your name in them forever and I will forever remember these memories with you! 🤍 by @ryromano
Built from within 💪 Excited to have Sports Performance Coach, Ryan Romano, speak with us! by @ryromano
We remember things best by emotions! Often we believe that we just need to “think more positive” or “do more reps”… The question becomes what have we done with the reps and proof we already have? Do we decide to live in those emotions to empower ourselves? Hardwire the emotions we want to feel THEN you will start to think and believe differently! by @ryromano
Sooni thinks she’s graduating and moving out next month! by @ryromano
Certainty is when we have the ability to move without needing any proof or evidence. It’s when you walk in the arena and command control while others are looking for signs or proof. When we show up thinking and using words like “I hope” it’s coming from a place of desperation. Burn the mental cage that you need more, more proof, more validation, more evidence! by @ryromano

We crave to shine in the big moments. To show up confident and certain we will execute at the level we believe we are capable of… The major question becomes WHO have you been living behind the scenes. It’s easy to be the person we said we would when everyone is watching us… But WHO is the person when no one is watching! Be A Warrior! by @ryromano
Is our belief based on circumstances or identity… Our belief will transition into certainty when we get to the point that any additional proof only strengthens what we already knew! by @ryromano

There is a certain level of intensity required to achieve a big mission! A daily reminder to self to bring a fire and take the risk to take what I’ve decided what I deserve. Be A Warrior. by @ryromano
