Thought my favourite shot of the pca universe deserved a grid post!📸

What a season! My NPC debut had a truly fairytale ending, this experience literally changed my brain. I was f** hell more nervous than performing my five different routines at the PCA! 😂

True Novice 🥈
Figure Open 🥉

When I fell in love with bodybuilding, it was never about taking first place, but simply about stepping onto the stage. I was fully committed to the lifestyle and valued how much it shaped and strengthened my character.
I still can’t quite grasp that this is just the beginning for me and that all doors in bodybuilding are open to me.
Whats next? while that remains to be seen,
But i can promise one thing: wherever my path leads,
I will leave a lasting impression and step onto the stage again even if it takes a little more time now but health comes first.

From the bottom of my heart,
I want to thank my coach @christian.kuess an incredible person who guided me through the highs and lows of this competition prep. Every encouragement, every hug, every piece of feedback, and so much more meant the world to me. Having such a strong support is something I will never take for granted, as it drives me forward every single day❤️🧮

Last slow days in Switzerland 🇨🇭

Coffee shops.
Early mornings.
Gym sessions.
Good food.
A few familiar places.

And a few stories I'll take with me.

And you @pca_official FIGURE OVERALL CHAMP @samambrg. After winning in the toned figure division she won the overall today! Pure class, best look and a great last show to conclude the season with a bang 🗡️ by @s.ambrr

Currently in the UK: First timer @samambrg getting ready for her final dance at the @pca_official universe on Sunday. Best look today, just the final touches now with ~350c going in today followed by a slight taper tomorrow (at least that is whats planned).

Show day over in the 🇬🇧 at the first @pca_official show this year. My two toned figure girls both secured top 3 placings in their first ever competition! Proud of you girls, thanks for your trust. ✊🏻🎯 by @s.ambrr
