Omg 2016 🥹 I was just going to do a story but then when I went through my pictures I realised 2016 was one of my favourite years ever so I had to do a post!

- I turned 20 and flew out with my friends to NY to celebrate just for the day 🥹 best crew ever

- My darling little niece was born who brought more joy into our lives than we could ever imagine. I’m still completely obsessed with her.

- got to serve with my friends in soooo many different ways at different events and festivals

- we hosted TSI in Chicago which was eppppiiiccccc

- I got to be with my parents and sisters all the time who are my favourite people ever

- and all the memories with Shruuuuu, so many deep talks and deep laughs

All in all, I’m incredibly grateful for the life I had in Chicago and I miss it and my family and friends there more than I can describe. I never ever imagined I’d move away but now I have two beautiful wonderful homes and communities and my heart is even more full. Can’t wait till my worlds unite in Germany in just a few weeks!!! 🎉🎉

Thanks for reading thisssss and letting me reminisce 😭🤗🎉🥳 by @s.menon.harrison

WE DID IT 🎉🎉🎉 Thank you sooooooo much for everyone who donated to @sobell.house 🫶🏽 We are so grateful!! What an incredible experience although I was totally dramatically dying at the end hahahaha! The live music and hype was such an incredible experience!!

Firstly, a huge thank you to Jasmine for being the one to inspire us to do this. Honestly if you didn’t tell us about it and get us all pumped up about running, we would’ve never done this. Sending so much love to your whole family for being such loving incredible people! And a huge thank you to your lovely mother who created some of my bestest friends ever. And Vinay, thank you sooooo much for hosting us and carb loading us the night before with the best pasta ever made in history!! (why do I sound like I’m practicing for my Oscar’s speech hahaha)

Biggest lesson I’ve learned is that our bodies can do way more than we think it can!! And also, a little bit of kindness can go a long way! Everyone who cheered me on, even though we didn’t know each other at all, it made such a huge difference!! And a huge shoutout to all our friends and family who were sending us messages and tracking us online!! We love you all so much!! Thank you for helping us train and complete this half marathon!! Something I never thought I’d ever do!!

If you know me, you know this is something wayyyy out of my comfort zone 😅 but I’m so excited to see what’s possible!!

If you feel inspired, please consider donating. Every penny goes towards the hospice that makes sure no one faces the end of life alone or in pain.
