Parsis commercial-office building A redesign project, which was completely reviewed according to the limitations and implementation of the skeleton and facilities. The project consists of three parts, including the commercial part (ground floors and part of the first - the silver and gold gallery), the gallery-museum part (negative floors) and the administrative part (upper floors). On the ground floor for pedestrian flow, a linear plaza was created adjacent to the street, which formed a form of bays arch with modern glazed brick material to become a base for routine administrative flows for its upper floors and..

ساختمان مسکونی باغ کناری

(کناری) درواقع تحقیقی است هنری، که ما
درحوزه ی زیبایی شناسی روی آن مطالعه میکنیم...
این اسم را برایش انتخاب کردیم چون در طبیعت خداوند ؛(تصور کنید)اگر در یک شب، ماه کنار یک تکه ابر باشد، ابر زیباتر از ماه میشود...
در باغ کناری ...مانند انسان که گاهی اوقات با وجود یک کناری ،از خود اوهم زیباتر میشود ،خواستیم لااقل کنار طبیعت باشیم ...
به همین دلیل در لول همکف ارتباط عمیق وهمسایه واری
با طبیعت شکل گرفت تا سکون بر ( دم در) خانه نقش ببندد و همچنین در لول های بالایی و درجداره کنارباغ تراسی عمیق ( به مساحت۵۰ متر مربع) طراحی شد
به همراه باغچه و رواق و حوض ...

همچنین در طبقات بالایی سازماندهی فضایی به وسیله چینشی ازهمین مدول ها شکل گرفت.
در بخش مطالعات اجرایی و فنی در نظر گرفتیم
یک قالب برای مدول های بتنی بسازیم.
این مدول ها ( مانند ماده ی خام ماکت ) روی طبقات سوار می شوند تا بار طبقات بالایی رابه پایین انتقال دهند و دریک تکرار ،تولید سریعتر و ارزانتر میشود.
( واژه ی آرکیتکچر به معنای قوس ساز )
