Stuck between a bad dream and what’s my reality!

For the past 3 days I’ve been trying to wrap my mind around all of this. I’ve been trying to figure out how I’ve gone 3 days without seeing you, touching you, or talking to you otp if I wasn’t in your presence. I’m trying to understand how you haven’t been here for 3 days and we’ve literally spent every single day within the last 3 months together.

I find peace in knowing that you’re no longer suffering but for my own selfish reasons I really wish that you were here on earth, pain free. Before you took your last breath, I held your hand and I saw you open your eyes just a little bit and I let you know that I loved you while you were still able to hear me. I’ll never be okay because when I lost you I lost another part of me.
