I wasn’t always this strong.

There was a time I was just a kid ! soft heart, big dreams, and no idea how hard life could hit.
I thought everything would fall into place… I didn’t know I’d have to fight for every inch.

I’ve faced silence, pressure, doubt, and moments where I almost gave up on myself.
I’ve seen versions of me break… and still get up like nothing happened.

No one really talks about those nights: when your mind is loud, your heart is heavy, and you feel completely alone.
But those were the moments that built me.

I changed.
Not because I wanted to… but because I had to.

Now I move differently. I think differently. I trust less, but I understand more.
I’m not the same person I used to be , and honestly, I’m proud of that.

I didn’t come this far just to stay the same.

If you knew me back then… you wouldn’t believe who I am today.
And if you know me now… just know, I’m not done yet.

This isn’t my peak… this is my rise. taken in Story Of My Life by @sa7rme

Know the skill before you need it.

التورنكيت : هو رباط نستخدمه للنزيف القوي فاليد أو الرجل، نشدّه فوق مكان النزيف عشان نوقف الدم، خصوصًا إذا النزيف خطير وما وقف بالضغط

TQ: A tourniquet is a tight band used to stop severe bleeding from an arm or leg, especially when the bleeding is life-threatening.
