Hello everyone!! We are very excited to formally invite all athletes to The Blue Carpet Awards. We have been working hard to give you all the best experience possible for our awards ceremony. Below is some basic information:

DATE: April 27th, 2025
DRESS CODE: cocktail/formal encouraged
FOOD: There will be appetizers, beverages, and desserts provided during the event. The food will be labeled, but there are dietary friendly options.
TIMELINE: People will start arriving around 6:00pm. We will have time to socialize, take pictures, and enjoy a beverage before the awards start.

Following the Blue Carpet Awards, we are excited to invite you all to our first ever Athlete Formal. To clarify, ‘The Blue Carpet Awards’ refers to the awards banquet that is for athletes only in the Dolan Atrium. The ‘formal’ is a separate event that takes place after the awards ceremony in the Dolan Atrium, all athletes are welcome. We have been working to give everyone a fun experience during this event and ask you to read the following information below:

DATE: April 27th, 2025
DRESS CODE: Cocktail/formal encouraged
FOOD AND DRINK: Beverages provided, IDs will be checked!
WHO CAN COME: This event is open to all ATHLETES
