If you don’t feel your chest on pec deck flys, there’s a good chance you’re making one of these mistakes.

The biggest one?

Most people set the machine up wrong before they even start the exercise.

Save this, try the fixes, and let me know which one made the biggest difference 💪

One step at a time.

To move forward, you first have to accept the past — and be grateful it happened.

Don’t look back at your fitness or life journey with regret. Every setback is a lesson. Every mistake is a lesson.

Use each opportunity to show up better, train smarter, and become a stronger version of yourself.

If you’re ready to stop restarting and start progressing, DM me to start your journey today.

I started my weight loss journey in 2020, at one of the lowest points in my life mentally.
No motivation. No direction. No belief that I could change.

Then I found the gym.

What started as a place to train slowly became my safe haven — my outlet, my reset, my therapy.
Through the years I’ve gone through many body changes and transformations, but one thing never changed:
knowing I always had a place where I could rebuild myself.

I chose not to let negativity define me.
I used it as fuel.

These pictures tell a thousand stories, but the most important one is this:
you are responsible for your own story.

If you’re feeling lost…
If you’re unhappy with where you are…
If you’re ready to finally make a change…

You don’t have to do it alone.

Let’s work together and make the impossible possible.

Ranking back exercises for muscle growth 💪🏽📊

Not every back exercise is created equal when it comes to building size and strength.

The key isn’t just how much weight you can lift. It’s about choosing exercises that provide stability, allow for progressive overload, target the right muscles, and minimize unnecessary fatigue.

Which exercise deserves S tier in your opinion? 👀👇

Your pre-workout snack just got an upgrade🍫

Who said staying on track with your fitness goals means eating boring food?

These chocolate protein rice cakes are easy to make, satisfy your sweet cravings, and give you a combination of carbs and protein to help fuel your training.

All you need:
🍘 Rice cakes
🍫 Chocolate chips
🥥 Coconut oil
💪 Protein powder
🥜 Peanut butter

A little prep, a lot of flavour.

Save this recipe for your next workout and let me know if you’d try it! 👇

Ranking exercises for fat loss 👀
The best exercise for fat loss isn’t always the one that burns the most calories in a single session.

What matters more is how sustainable it is, how well you recover from it, and whether it fits alongside your strength training.

The goal isn’t to destroy yourself with cardio, it’s to choose movement you can recover from and repeat consistently.

Which ranking would you change?

Your lifts are going up, but your physique isn’t changing? 👀

Lifting heavier is progress, but it doesn’t always mean more muscle.

Training intensity, nutrition, and recovery all play a role in building size.

Don’t just focus on moving more weight. Focus on giving your muscles a reason to grow.

Be honest…are you training for strength or size? 👇

One of my favourite movements for building wider lats.

The seated single-arm cable pulldown is all about control. Using a bench for stability lets you focus on driving tension through your lats instead of relying on momentum.

2 cues to get the most out of every rep:

1. Slightly rotate away from your working arm at the top to get a deeper lat stretch.
2. As you pull, drive your elbow down in a natural arc and slightly lean into the movement to finish with a strong contraction.

Stop thinking about just moving the weight.
Start thinking about how you’re moving it.

Better execution > heavier weight.

Ranking drinks for fat loss based on calories, satiety, and how useful they actually are when cutting.

What are you moving up or down? 👀

You don’t need another year.
You need 6 months of actually keeping the promises you make to yourself.

No disappearing when motivation fades.
No waiting for the “right time.”
Just work.

See you in 6 months…..
