sometimes the answer you’re searching for is deep inside, question yourself and find the answers ✍🏾 #instareels #poetry #spokenword by @saaid._

sometimes healing looks nothing like peace.
it’s a quiet room, fluorescent lights, and a man unzipping his chest just to prove he still feels.
they call it therapy… i call it truth on trial.
because no one talks about the men who bleed in silence, who smile with stitched-up lungs just to seem fine.
but i did. i spoke. i laid my heart there, trembling but honest.
and for the first time, i didn’t need to be strong.
i just needed to be seen.
this isn’t heartbreak, it’s autopsy and rebirth,
it’s learning that survival was never the goal.
living was.
and somehow,
i still am.

some goodbyes don’t come with explanations. they come with silence, with half-truths, with memories that won’t stop bleeding.

this piece, bleeding memories, isn’t about her anymore… it’s about what’s left of me after. it’s about learning to stitch my own scars, to walk past the ghosts, and to choose myself even when it hurts. maybe you’ll see your own reflection in these words too. by @saaid._
