Long story short...
I got Colon Cancer, diagnosed September 2025.
Im almost 100% healthy now. But every 3 months I need to undergo extensive tests to make sure I stay healthy - for atleast the next two years.

This year has been the roughest year of my life, and thats an understatement.

Im so greatful for the proccess, the healing and for how it went despite all the crazy challenges.

I went down to 59kilo.
I didnt leave the house for 1.5 months due to the pains
I stopped doing any physical activity
That passed too.
65 kilo now
Exercising at the gym, doing yoga, bringing back my body all the love and strength needed

Slowly slowly getting healthier and stronger 🙏🪬💪🙌

Bday Celebrations 💫
Its been the worst ,roughest year of my life both physically and mentally, but also the best and the happiest ever been - but thats mainly because of my love @ellalisch that expanded my heart, my brain and my optimism.

Unlike previous years bdays, I didnt want big celebrations and all I wanted was ella time, family time and to be in nature, travel and eat good food.

In a year that has been the most challenging year of my life it was also the best bday I had in my life.

Everything is clearer now...
Its true what they say, tough times bring the best of you. But thats a story for a different time..

Now im just happy to be alive and kicking, to love and beloved like I never did before and to be happy and greatful for every moment

Little did I know how little are the things I need in my life to feel content and happy

Thats 20 moments out of a beautiful celebration..

הכל אותנטי וזורם איתך מהרגע הראשון
צובעת לי את העולם במלא צבעים יפים
וזורמת איתי עם כל השטויות שלי

סך הכל כמה חודשים יחד וכבר כל כך הרבה חוויות של החיים
תודה ליקום ולנו ;)

So I actually have 10 dogs and 2 cats. Not sure how or when this happend ;)
Thanks to @decoco.nuts I got this beautiful shots of Loofy, Spork, Hezy, Pancit - the 4 that lives with me at home and can be a perfect example for us human beings how everyone can get along with harmony and playfulness.. all the rest are living in the happiness resort, and loofy sometimes rides the bike with me and plays with them by the beach.
I miss them all extra today, being in israel far away from my house - great timing to get all this beautiful shots! Thanks guys :) by @saargeva

And there he was, my 77 young father - travelling alone to the other side of the world for 40 days of adventures that just started.

Two times cancer winner, still fighting skin cancer limiting him from being exposed to strong sun - yet bravely on his first day did hours of jungle tracking with me thru 7 different waterfalls and when we finished he asked me "thats it? Bring some more"

The smartest, kindest, most humble person I know - im so happy to have you here by my side and share some good time with you. Thanks for teaching me that age is just a random number and seeing that you kept your inner kid and your up for adventures.

Excited for the rest of our trip and for you being about to finally see my home, the philippines!
