Sick of soggy air-fried potatoes/fries? Here's a hack to make them as crispy as the OG version 🍟. Pre-boil the fries, let them cool completely then spray with oil before cooking. Enjoy! #macros #fitness by @sabbydoes
This sweet & spicy Korean fried chicken recipe is the only fried chicken recipe you will EVER need. I served it with Chick-fil-A sauce (because is there any better sauce out there?) but you could also serve with akimchi mayo for the ultimate flavor combo! Recipe below. For marinade 400g chicken tenderloins or breast cut into strips 1/4 tsp of each powder - onion, garlic granules, gochugaru, paprika and salt. Plus: Crushed cornflakes Flour batter (mix water & flour) For the chilli basting sauce 1 tbsp Sesame oil 3 garlic cloves 1/4 cup Soy sauce 2 tbsp Gochujan paste 3 tbsp brown sugar Garnish with cilantro and spring onions 1 - Mix the marinade in with the chicken and leave in fridge overnight 2- Dredge the chicken in the flour then the cornflakes 3 - Set your air fryer to 370 degrees F, and spray the tray with a little oil. Place the chicken tenders in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, turning half way 4- Whilst you’re waiting for the chicken, make the sauce. Add the oil to a pan, once hot, add the garlic and sauté then add soy sauce, sugar and Gochujang paste. Stir to combine. Simmer till thickened (bout 2 mins) 5 - Once cooled, dredge the tenders in the basting sauce, garnish and enjoy! #friedchickenrecipe #friedchicken #koreanfood by @sabbydoes

I discovered this amazingly moist chocolate cake recipe courtesy of @selinnybobeanie ❤️ and still in the process of tweaking it a little from the original video in Turkish (this is a heavenly Turkish cake called islak kek). Do you guys want the recipe now or should I play with it some more before posting? 🍰 Also how addictive is that shimmery frosting 😍 #chocolatecake #dessertrecipe by @sabbydoes
I used to waste ALOT of food. Half the stuff in my fridge would expire before I had a chance to use it. But over the years I’ve figured out tons of creative ways to bring random ingredients together to make super yummy dinners. I’ve managed to get our food waste down to almost zero doing this ✨ I had expiring milk, half and half, various cheeses and mushrooms to use up so I made a Mac n cheese! so here’s the first tip to making up a random dinner with whatever you have leftover in the fridge: make a bechamel sauce and add expiring vegetables, pasta and cheese to make a “rubbish Mac n cheese”. To make a Mac n cheese from random things in your fridge: melt 3 tbs butter in a pan, whisk in enough flour to make a thick paste and then slowly add in about 1litre/quart of whatever type of milk you have available then stir till thick. Add your veg, pasta and any random cheeses you need to use up to the mix and then bake! #quickrecipes #quickdinner #foodwaste by @sabbydoes
The Famous Magnolia Banana Pudding *SAVE THIS* You guys…this took me 20 mins total to make and was SO good. I adjusted @magnoliabakery ‘s original recipe to make it slightly less sweet and added more banana. Theirs is obviously amazing but everyone who’s had my version said it’s even better so try it out and let me know 😉 Recipe: 1/2 can condensed milk 3/4 cup ice cold water 500 ml heavy cream 1 box Nilla wafers 1/2 box instant Jello vanilla pudding (3.4oz) 4-5 semi-ripe bananas 1. Mix condensed milk and water till dissolved 2. Add jello and mix for a couple of mins. Store in fridge overnight to thicken. 3. When ready to assemble, whip the heavy cream till it’s thick and glossy. 4. Fold through the jello mixture 5. To assemble, lay 1/3 of the wafers, then 1/3 of the chopped banana and 1/3 of the cream. Repeat 3 times. 6. Set in the fridge for min. 4 hours. Did you try this? Let me know if you liked it! #banana #dessertrecipe by @sabbydoes
