1.Mini Ruben grilled sandwich: salt beef, swiss cheese, mustard, pickle alongside dirty martinis for a NY style event for Design Week.

2. At the same event we served mini pizzettes with burratta, smoked tomato and basil, skewers of grilled English asparagus, with ramps and pumpkin seed, plus Salmon pastrami, schmear, pickled cucumber on rye crisp breads

A week at Elmley Nature Reserve 🌿

Seasonal plates through the day, and plenty of puddings have been coming out of the kitchen all week. A really lovely few days cooking in such a beautiful setting — nice food, nice people, and the reserve just outside the kitchen door.

No better way to welcome a new year than with a celebration as stylish, spectacular and joy-filled as Becki & Rob’s.

Set against the iconic backdrop of Trinity Buoy Wharf, their dry hire venue was thoughtfully transformed to make the most of every corner—resulting in a day that felt both effortlessly chic and deeply personal.

From a stunning floral ceremony setup to an intimate, candlelit dining experience, every moment was thoughtfully designed to flow beautifully into the next. Guests enjoyed a signature cocktail hour before heading to a packed dance floor—kept full all night by an incredible live band.

From the very first planning call a year ago, our role was to bring clarity, structure and creativity to their vision—guiding them through supplier selections, offering dry hire expertise, and ensuring every detail was seamlessly aligned.

A true team effort behind the scenes, delivering a modern, elegant celebration that balanced style with substance effortlessly.
