WEMBLEY 2024

Celebrated Nu Skin’s 40th Anniversary last weekend at one of our biggest event held at the iconic stadium in Wembley.

The energy in both days were insane. More than thousands attended all over Europe.

I made the best decision to partner with Nu Skin since June last year. They have amazing beauty and wellness products. This is an Incredible company with a huge vision. They like to give back to the poorer countries such as one of the projects Nourish the Children in Malawi 🇲🇼

I had a chance to learn from the top leaders all over the globe and our special guest CEO Ryan Napierski who flew from the USA to celebrate with us.

Nu Skin love to celebrate 🥳 our achievements and this gives us the motivation to excel further. If you’re looking for a new opportunity to look, live and feel better, please feel free to DM me and your dream begins here ✨

For Apple and Blueberry filling
🔸1 kg organic gala apples
🔸 2 tablespoons of organic coconut sugar (30 grams)
🔸1 + 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
🔸1 teaspoon vanilla paste
🔸75g blueberries
🔸1 + 1/2 tablespoons of vanilla protein powder (22.5g)

For the crumble
🔸165g plain flour
🔸50g unsalted butter (cut it in small cubes)
🔸50g coconut sugar
🔸70g walnuts (chopped)

Method:

🍎 COOK THE FRUIT FILLING

🔸 Pre-heat your oven to gas mark 4 or 180 degrees.
🔸Peel, core and slice the apples. Place them in a saucepan and add the sugar and cinnamon. Then add the vanilla paste and vanilla protein powder. Stir well to ensure the apples are evenly coated.

🔸Cut the cold butter into small cubes and place it in a mixing bowl with the flour.

🔸Evenly sprinkle the crumble mixture over the fruit and gently press it down using a silicone spatula.

Autumn 🍂 breeze and Japanese 🇯🇵 garden. Autumn shows how beautiful it is to let things go. It represents nature and brings balance within ourselves. Best time to work on your shadow and by planting your seeds in the darkness. Bringing your energy back to the roots, ground and letting go off the leaves 🍁🧡

Yesterday I attended a full packed jam day with so many gems 💎 taken away at the Nu Skin Leadership Event in Leicester. I’m so privileged to attend with my team and amongst 200+ like minded people in the room who share the same vision.

It was mind blowing to hear from our top great leaders who talked about their lived experiences and why they joined the business and how it impacted them. We also had an exclusive master class from one of our team leaders Emma Carpenter who did a session on manifesting.

My cup is over flowing with so many exciting actions to take after this event. Looking forward to do my dream board ✨ with all my goals in place for the next 6 months. The best way to predict the future is to create it.
