POSTS STORIES REELS
Iโ€™ve lived about nine lives since we last spoke. And then I turned 34. I wear a lot of hats. I am a Mother. Daughter. Sister. Aunt. Friend. Lover. Stylist. Former salon owner. Student. Mentor. Chef. And somewhere between all of them, I lost myself for a little while. This last chapter of my life took me somewhere completely different. Motherhood again. Siblings and I grew apart. Finishing up a business degree. Donโ€™t forget to take care of yourself. The trenches of postpartum. This medication worked until it didnโ€™t. This felt okay until suddenly it wasnโ€™t. Try this. Change that. Maybe itโ€™s this. Maybe itโ€™s that. Get outside. Go for a walk. All while trying to be a mother, a partner, a friend, a student and somehow still recognize the woman looking back at me. ON GOD, Life got really fucking messy. But somewhere in that mess, little pieces of me started coming back. And one of those pieces was hair. Iโ€™m not returning as the same woman or stylist I was before. Iโ€™m coming back with more life, more perspective, more gratitude and a much deeper understanding that sometimes starting over is part of becoming yourself again. I still love a good color correction, lived in blondes, a perfectly polished blowout and making people laugh probably more than I should. So maybe this isnโ€™t a reintroduction. Maybe itโ€™s just me saying hi. And Iโ€™m really fucking happy to be here. ๐Ÿค by @sabrinaaa.etc

There is something incredibly humbling about going from being the one who owned the salon and held space for everyone else, to allowing someone else to hold that space for me. And I truly couldnโ€™t feel safer than I do in the arms of @blankcanvasnh @steph.blankcanvas , I will never forget the kindness behind this opportunity. Iโ€™m so grateful to be here, and I cannot wait to see what we create together. & @_druetaylor I love you for always showing up. by @sabrinaaa.etc

After almost 14 years immersed in the beauty industryโ€”where Iโ€™ve grown, evolved, and poured my passion into every stepโ€”an era is coming to just being part time instead of it having ALL of me. This chapter & Sol y Sal has shaped me in ways words canโ€™t fully express. The creativity, the clients, the connectionsโ€”every moment has been part of my becoming. But seasons shift, and with a full heart, Iโ€™m choosing to step into the unknown and begin a new journey focusing more on myself and motherhood. Welcoming another baby girl come end of June early July. Whatโ€™s ahead is uncharted, but itโ€™s calling me deeply. Iโ€™m not saying goodbye to beautyโ€”just hello to something even more aligned with who Iโ€™m becoming. Hereโ€™s to growth, change, and honoring the courage it takes. I love you all so deeply. ๐Ÿ“ธ @allisontulkphotography ๐Ÿ’„ @jessalynmua Hair by @courtney_irzyk @thejunestudionh by @sabrinaaa.etc
