POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
If you've read the books, listened to the podcasts, and could explain your attachment style to a stranger, but you still can't stop doing the thing, this is for you.

You Will Be OK might be right for you if:

-You're drawn to the guys who keep you guessing and bored by the ones who actually show up
-You feel nothing when someone treats you well and can't figure out why
-You're in a relationship but get triggered fast and react before you think
-You know better and make the same choice anyway
-Part of you is scared this just isn't going to happen for you

Single, dating, or married, the work underneath is the same: your self-worth. That's what this program is built around.

It's 8 weeks. A new module every week, live calls with me on Thursdays (all recorded), and a group chat of women going through it with you. If you want more personalized support, you can add a 1:1 session with me.

For the woman who will never lose herself again.

The Feminine Code: The Unspoken Laws of Power, Magnetism, and Self-Respect — out June 16th.

This is the book I was meant to write.
For years, in my darkest moments, in the trenches of toxic relationships, in those quiet 2am moments of wondering what was so wrong with me, something in me knew there was a purpose behind it. That one day I would take what I had learned and put it into words so other women wouldn’t have to feel as alone as I did.
This is that book.

It’s about the invisible conditioning that taught so many women to over-give, overstay, and abandon themselves in the pursuit of being chosen. It’s about breaking the belief that love is something you earn and worthiness is something you prove.

It’s about who you become on the other side of all of it.

The woman who no longer performs, auditions, or loses herself to keep someone who was never meant to keep her.

If Detached was about letting go, this book is about who you become next.
I cannot wait for you to read it.

Healthy detachment is powerful. It’s peaceful. It’s the kind of grounded self-assuredness that allows you to remain centered no matter what’s happening around you.
But here’s the problem: detachment is incredibly difficult when you’ve been taught to believe your value depends on being chosen. Most of us weren’t taught how to self-source our love and validation. We were taught to hustle for our worth—to be pleasing, accommodating, attractive, impressive. We grew up thinking that love had to be earned, and if we didn’t receive it, it must be because we weren’t good enough. So we became attached—attached to outcomes, to people, to control, to patterns. We became addicted to the chase. And the chase always leaves us empty.
I know this because I lived it. For years, I was caught in this cycle—picking emotionally unavailable partners, overanalyzing every word and text, twisting myself into someone I thought would finally be “enough.” I spent far too much time measuring my worth based on how someone else responded to me. When things didn’t work out, I didn’t just feel disappointed—I felt devastated. Rejected. Defective. Like it confirmed every fear I had about myself.
And when that kind of heartbreak compounds over time, it can lead you to a dark place. A place where it starts to feel safer to expect the worst than to hope for the best. A place where you start thinking, Of course I didn’t get the job. Of course, the guy ghosted. Why would anything good happen to me? You begin to settle into misery’s warm embrace—not because it feels good, but because it’s familiar. It feels like home and there is always a comfort in being home. It feels like home because somewhere along the way, you started believing that maybe that’s just what you deserve.
But that’s a lie. A painful, persistent lie.

I think a lot of people misunderstand self-respect. It’s not just having high standards or walking away when someone treats you badly.

It’s also what happens in all those tiny moments when no one else is watching.

When something bothers you and you convince yourself it shouldn’t. When you want to say something but you don’t because you’re afraid of how they’ll react. When you keep saying “it’s fine” because you don’t want to seem difficult or needy or dramatic.

You think you’re protecting the relationship, but little by little, you’re losing your relationship with yourself.

And then eventually you don’t even know what you want anymore. You just know you need this person to want you. To choose you. To reassure you that you’re enough.

That’s the part we don’t talk about enough.

Self-respect isn’t something you suddenly have when you finally walk away. It’s something you build every single time you stop abandoning yourself to keep someone else.

This is one of my favorite passages from Detached because I think so much of healing comes back to this.

One of the biggest things you can do to overcome anxious attachment is learn the power of the pause.

Anxious attachment wants you to react. To send the text. Ask for reassurance. Read into the silence. Fix the discomfort as quickly as possible.

But there is so much power in learning to sit in that space between the trigger and the response.

In my latest episode with @sabrina.zohar we talk about anxious attachment, emotional regulation, dating without abandoning yourself, breaking old patterns, and what it actually looks like to respond from a grounded place instead of a triggered one.

This one is a must-listen!

This is the hardest lesson to learn when you really care about someone:

You can communicate your needs perfectly.
You can be patient. You can be understanding. You can give them more time, more chances, more love.

But you cannot love someone into having the capacity to give you what you need.

And at some point, you have to stop asking, How do I get them to show up differently? and start asking, If nothing changed, would I still choose this?

Sometimes you’re not asking for too much. You’re just asking it from someone who doesn’t have it to give.

And accepting that is where detachment begins.

If you’re struggling to let go of someone’s potential and see the relationship for what it actually is, my book "Detached" is for you. by @sabrinabendory

If you KNOW you keep choosing the wrong people but you don’t know how to stop, this is the work we do inside my 8-week course.

We get underneath the old wounds, limiting beliefs, attachment patterns and fears that keep you repeating the same relationship cycles, so you can actually start choosing and creating healthier relationships.

You don’t need more dating advice. You need to break the patterns that keep overriding what you already know.

If you’re ready to do that, comment READY or DM me READY and I’ll send you all the details. ❤️ by @sabrinabendory

Toxic relationships don’t just hurt you. They slowly train you to abandon yourself.

You start explaining away things that hurt. Lowering the bar. Questioning whether you’re asking for too much. Trying to communicate your needs in 47 different ways, hoping that if you can just say it right, they’ll finally understand.

And eventually, you’re so focused on getting them to treat you differently that you stop asking the more important question:

Why am I fighting this hard for basic respect?

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is stop trying to understand someone’s behavior and start paying attention to what that behavior is doing to you.

That’s a huge part of what The Feminine Code is about. Coming back to yourself. Your standards. Your self-respect. And learning that protecting your peace isn’t asking for too much.
