From 2024 to now. 😮‍💨 I was inflamed, overweight, hormones out of wack, stressed, and I had a laundry list of symptoms. During that time I was trying to find a Doctor that would listen to me and not gaslight me saying my blood tests were “normal”. I wasn’t going to accept an answer that there was nothing I could do for Hashimoto’s or Rheumatoid Arthritis. Trust me I know ball! 😂 Once upon a time, I used to manage my family’s juice bar inside an LA Fitness gym! 🥤🌱 Protein shakes, smoothies, pre-workouts and supplements were apart of my life during high school through college. My juice bar days seem like forever ago, but I learned so much during that time. Working at a juice bar inside a gym you definitely see some things… 🫣
Now I feel like it’s almost a full circle moment being a Palm Life Partner and telling people about premium supplements with clean ingredients formulated by a Doctor that truly cares about people!! 🙌🏼💛

My sleepmaxxing non negotiables for my healing! It had been a loooong time since I had decent sleep and actually felt rested with energy. The key to a good nights rest starts before bed! 😴

If I don’t sleep well then my body wakes up inflamed the next day and it’s a dramatic difference.

These are a couple changes I made for better sleep:
