our peru adventure!! 🦙🇵🇪

last july we spent 10 days exploring Peru! from spending a day in Lima, exploring the historic town of Cusco, hiking 4 days to Machu Picchu with lots of ancient ruins along the way, then taking a 10 hour train to Lake Titicaca, it was a bucket list, once in a lifetime trip we took just months after getting married. there is no one else in the world I would choose to travel the world with, see Gods majesty with and meet Gods people with than @tyleroakson !! taken in Machu Picchu, Peru by @sabrinaoakson

Why did we get married so young? It’s simple…

To serve others. We came to the realization that we are better equipped to advance the Kingdom of Heaven, to love our community, and to serve others when we walk in marriage. When we exist as one, instead of existing as two individuals. We are stronger together.

This is an invitation from our marriage to you!! We are using our home as a space for you and others to gather. We are calling it Proclaiming Praise. We host a gathering every other month. Join us at our home, enjoy a free meal, enjoy community, listen to the worship, take hold of hope/joy/peace, and most importantly, have an encounter with God. These nights are special, and we want you to join us!!

the wedding: most beautiful and intimate ceremony!

2 months ago i fulfilled my dream of walking down the aisle like a princess to my prince charming. our ceremony consisted of us crying through our entire vows, reflecting on the cross and the sacrificial love of jesus christ, looking out into the most gorgeous ocean view, and witnessing the joy and approval on the faces of all our closest people. i am just beyond blessed🤍 taken in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico by @sabrinaoakson
