Meet @sabrinatraubner 🍸✨

Charismatic, passionate and completely untamed when it comes to spirits, cocktails and building spaces where people truly thrive.

Since 2016 she has moved through this industry with purpose. Bar Manager at The Athletic Club & Social. Head Instructor at the European Bartender School Cape Town. And now General Manager at @batanga_capetown on Kloof Street, one of Cape Town's most dynamic hospitality venues.

But it doesn't stop there. Sabrina is also the force behind TERRA Industry Nights, launched in December 2024, creating yet another platform for connection, growth and creativity in the Cape Town bar scene.

Systems thinker. Talent developer. Community builder.

She does it all with her signature energy and we are so proud to have her in the Ajabu family. 🖤

A night for the books🍸

Following a successful documentary premiere at The Labia Theatre, we had the honour of welcoming industry legends behind the bar at Chingadas.

Watching Steve Olson, Annette Mulama, Cassandra Eichhoff, and Sabrina Traubner in their element was a masterclass in craft and hospitality. A massive thank you to the Ajabu Cocktail & Spirits Festival for bringing such incredible energy to our space.

Cheers to everyone who joined us!
