October journal title and bingo pages. My journal is getting so full, it’s hard to hold it now 🤣 Using some of my cute stickers from @theworksstores

Oh, I wanted to love this…but unfortunately I didn’t. Having started the TV series, I think I will enjoy it but as far as the book series is concerned, I may give it a miss. I did like the characters and the setting of course. But the writing and the plot…they were all a bit too much for me. Has anyone read the second one? Does it get better? Although I did see it has even more pages!!

I’ve really enjoyed my September photo challenge so I’ve created a few more leading up to Christmas. Here’s the October one. Feel free to reuse 😊 #onephotoaday #onephotoadaychallenge #octoberphotochallenge by @saby235

Finally catching up with some of my summer pages. Junk journal page on the film It ends with us. I surprisingly really enjoyed the film despite all the controversy with Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni. At first, I didn’t want to watch it but I thought the chemistry between the 2 actors was present and I was impressed with their acting. I loved the setting. I read the book ages ago so I’m not sure how it compares but I know I was pleasantly surprised. What did you think of the film? by @saby235

I really want to create more scrapbook layouts of my photos. This one is about a gala I attended with some friends a few years ago to raise funds for my niece’s rare genetic condition. It was such a fun evening. The magician at the event was fantastic!

Verity journal page. I read this a few months ago on holiday and was gripped. Such a great plot twist and also a fast-paced story, which I enjoyed. I wasn’t a fan of all the spicy scenes though. But that’s me…😂 I look forward to seeing the film when it’s released.

Tomorrow, my favourite time of the year starts. I am very excited. Two years ago, I missed it as I was very ill and in hospital a bit so now, I make a conscious effort to embrace it. I want to be more mindful and pause. To help me do that, I decided to create a photo challenge that will make me pay attention to the details of life in this season. Feel free to come along for the ride too 😊 I will use these prompts for photos but they can be used for journaling ideas if you prefer. I might use them that way myself too. Happy last day of August!

Two very different books side by side. Freida McFadden is a guilty pleasure. I love how, no matter how much I really try to think about it, I never manage to work out the end of her books…and The Correspondent. I adored this book. This was an easy 5-star for me. If you haven’t yet, listen to it on audiobook 😊

This book was lent to me by a friend and it was a great read! I’m slowly making my way through the Goodreads 2025 most read 🤣 by @saby235

I’ve been really slow at reading these days but I’ve now finished this great book. And I really enjoyed making this spread and using some of the crafty bits of my own wedding cards 🤣

Finished this book yesterday, managed to do a reading spread for it and started the film today! Ha ha! I liked the book but didn’t love it I’m afraid. I felt there wasn’t much to the story to grab my interest but, as with all of Emily Henry’s books I have read so far, I loved the characters. I am really enjoying the film so far though.
