One of Sweden’s best-known entrepreneurs is stepping into a top seat at SACC-USA. 🇸🇪🇺🇸

Gunilla von Platen has been named Chair Elect of the Swedish-American Chambers of Commerce. She will become its first chair based in Sweden, according to Dagens industri.

An entrepreneur and investor, von Platen has backed companies including Einride, Blykalla and Werlabs. Many also know her from Draknästet, Sweden’s The Apprentice and her Sommar i P1 programmes.

“I have always believed that great things happen when the right people meet, ideas are shared and doors are opened,” she said of SACC-USA.
