I still remember the time 30 years ago, when I had to run 1k, 2k or even 5k in school. I really hated it and always gave up. And now 3 decades later I know me and my body much better. The Army Ten-Miler is a huge achievement for me! And I am super proud of myself. Cannot believe our little trip to Hawaii is already two weeks ago! Especially coming from 80 degrees to 20 degrees was a pain! It is just such a beautiful place! Yesterday - it was not only a special day because I spend my evening with my wonderful hubby @hesstravaganza ❤️ at the opera, it was also my 5th second birthday! Exactly five years ago I decided not to drink alcohol anymore! The relationship between this stuff and me was always toxic, made me a bad person and I did stupid decisions! Yesterday I turned 41 - I still think something is wrong with my birth certificate! 😅 Right now I feel the best version of myself. 5 years ago I quit drinking alcohol and 4 years ago I became a vegetarian.
