POV Your mental health training gets you the win at Eat Sleep Teep # 3

Easily one of the greatest moments on my self care journey so far ✊

Ever since the heavy bag saved my life I've been training everyday for 2,089 days in a row with my focus on improving mental health.

Sharing that training for free with the world has drawn me into a community that has put me in the best mental, physical, emotional and spiritual shape of my life and has prepared me for a level of physical threat I will hopefully never encounter.

Extreme gratitude goes out to all those who have trained me In this community. Thank you to @jonathanpuu @puumuaythai for putting this promotion together and @venturaforward for bringing excitement and awareness to the cause #martialartsformentalhealth
