TWO DAYS ON THE ROAD AND PURE PANDemonium! 😭From the music to the vibes, the sisterhood, and even our temporary tattoos with E’s company logo 🖤🥹, this experience was one for the books! My sisters made it even more special, and every moment reminded me why I love our Caribbean culture so much. • And let’s not forget the WORK that went into getting here! 💪🏽🔥 Every Pilates session, every core day, every leg day, and every workout on my Road to Miami Carnival journey helped prepare me for those TWO days on the road. • This was bigger than just putting on a costume, it was about consistency, strength, and showing up for myself! My body is tired, but my heart is FULL. 😂❤️‍🔥 Miami Carnival 2026, you did NOT disappoint! • Now tell me… SHOULD I DO JAMAICA CARNIVAL NEXT?! 🇯🇲👀🔥 #MiamiCarnival2026 #miabrocarnival #JamaicaCarnival #miamicarnival #fyp taken in Lauderhill, Florida by @sacred10wellness

WEEK 3 — DAY 1 🖤❤️ Life has been life-ing but we’re still on the Road to the Road. I haven’t been able to stick to the regimen exactly how I planned, but I’m not letting that stop me. Today, we got back on the reformer. Pilates ✔️ Showing up ✔️ Starting again ✔️ 8 weeks was never about perfection. It’s about making it to the road stronger, more intentional, and proud that I kept going. We’re back. 🥁🔥 #RoadToTheRoad #MiamiCarnival #SXW #SacredXWellness #Pilates taken in Miami, Florida by @sacred10wellness

DAY 1. WEEK 1. ❤️ We’re officially on the Road to the Road. 8 weeks until Miami Carnival, and today we started exactly where we needed to, on the reformer. Sculpt Reformer Pilates ✔️ Consistency > perfection. One workout at a time. This is just the beginning. See you on the road. #RoadToTheRoad #MiamiCarnival #SXW #SacredXWellness #Pilates by @sacred10wellness

8 WEEKS. ONE ROAD. LET’S WORK. 🔥 Tomorrow, we start. For the next 8 weeks, I’m locking in — Pilates, strength, cardio, recovery, and most importantly, consistency. Not a quick fix. Not perfection. Just showing up and putting in the work. MONDAY → Sculpt Pilates TUESDAY → Glutes + Core WEDNESDAY → Core + Upper Body THURSDAY → Core + Legs Friday through Sunday: recover, move, reset, repeat. This is ROAD TO THE ROAD. 8 weeks until Miami Carnival. If you’ve been waiting for a sign to get back into your routine… this is it. Let’s work. See you Monday. ❤️ #RoadToTheRoad #MiamiCarnival #SXW by @sacred10wellness

I didn’t disappear. I was building. SXW has been a little quiet lately but behind the scenes, there has been a lot happening. Sketches. Measurements. Samples. Revisions. Conversations. Decisions. Every detail has been intentional. Because I don't want to create something just to put a logo on it. I want to create something that feels like SXW. This is just a glimpse into the process. FROM SKETCH TO STUDIO. And this is only the beginning. 🖤. #SXW #FromSketchToStudio #PilatesLifestyle #Pilates taken in Fort Lauderdale, Florida by @sacred10wellness
