We’re very excited to announce our next Breathwork & Sound Bath event: Sunday October 11th 6:30pm in Liberty Station, San Diego. All levels welcome.

Come disconnect from your phone, the noise, and the chaos, and reconnect with yourself. ✨

It’s time to slow down, reset your nervous system, and listen to the voice that matters most: yours.

We’ll create a safe, cozy space where you can fully switch off and be guided through a holotropic breathwork session. Afterwards, settle in and surrender to a relaxing sound bath, where soothing vibrations from singing bowls, gongs, and chimes will help calm your mind, release tension, and leave you feeling grounded, restored, and renewed.

And because this experience is taking place inside a tattoo studio, you’ll be surrounded by beautiful artwork and immersed in a creative, inspiring space unlike your typical wellness setting.

✨ A little escape from the outside world. A chance to breathe, reset, and come back to yourself.

Some things you may hear us say during one of our breathwork and sound bath journeys✨

We are so grateful we get to create a safe space and host these transformational journeys every month. To our friends last night, we hope you are taking some time to integrate and journal.

We know the holidays can bring up some stuff, so it’s extra important to take this time for you.

If you’re feeling the call, our next gathering is Sunday December 7th 6:30pm. DM to save your spot! by @sacredbreath_

Breathing, sitting, asking, listening✨ by @sacredbreath_

It’s time to get real, raw and vulnerable🙈 We have been doing this daily breathing ritual since May now. First thing, every single morning. We sit, breathe, drink tea and share what has come up. Sometimes big, sometimes small. But it’s helped us so much to gain clarity and process.

We want to have some real, raw, conversations. So we’ve decided to start sharing our ritual with you once a week, no matter how sleepy or how vulnerable it is. Stay tuned😆 by @sacredbreath_

This is our 3rd time leading breathwork and a sound bath ceremony at @hiddenhillside retreat. We are so grateful to be included in such a special event!! Mother Nature assisted us with the wind, making sure we really let go and surrendered😆Thank you to each of you for trusting us to guide you through this magical experience🫶✨ by @sacredbreath_

Breathwork is a tool to access the subconscious mind. It allows us to tap into the limbic system, a part of the brain that processes memory, emotion, and trauma.

When we access this part of the brain, we can begin to do the deeper work. But when we don’t process our emotions and traumas, they can create anxiety, limiting beliefs, and mental loops. They can trigger us in situations where we’re not even sure why something feels off. This can leave us stuck in a victim mindset feeling like life is working against us rather than for us.

Breathwork helps us access those past experiences and process them so we can release limiting beliefs, create more empowering stories, and start to truly visualize the life we want.

This practice allows us to experience breakthroughs and clarity. When done consistently, it helps us condition the mind to become familiar with new, healthier pathways.

From there, we can take action.

That’s when our lives really begin to change, when life starts to feel like it’s working for us, not against us.
