SOMETIMES YOU DON'T NEED TO BE STRONG. YOU JUST NEED SPACE TO LET GO

We spend so much of our lives holding everything together.
Pushing through. Showing up. Carrying things that sometimes we don't even have the words for.
But what happens when you finally give yourself permission to stop?
This is where the power of 9D breathwork comes in
An immersive experience combining guided breathwork, layered sound, music and headphones to take you out of the noise of everyday life and back into connection with yourself.

Not just to breathe, but to feel, to reconnect and to be supported through whatever comes up.
A space where nothing is expected of you.
Where you don't have to explain yourself, hold it together or be anything other than who you are.
This Sunday, give yourself that space.
📍 @stellar.studio.collective , Helensvale

Come as you are. I'll guide you through the rest.

Some people don't talk about what they're carrying.

They just get really good at carrying it.

They get up every day, go to work, show up for their families, train, keep busy and do what needs to be done.

From the outside, everything looks fine.

But what people don't always see is the pressure, the overthinking, the emotions pushed aside, the things they've been through that they've never really dealt with.

And sometimes we've lived this way for so long that we don't even recognise it anymore.

It's just who we think we are.

I know this because I've lived it.

I've been the person who felt like they always had to be strong. Who pushed through, held things together and didn't always understand why I reacted or felt the way I did.

And through my own journey, I've learnt that sometimes the very things that helped us get through life are the things keeping us stuck in the same patterns.

The walls we build.
The emotions we shut down.
The need to always be in control.
The feeling that we have to handle everything ourselves.

But what if you didn't have to keep carrying it all?

What if you could start feeling safe enough within yourself to put some of that weight down?

That's why I love this work.

Because breathwork creates a space where you don't have to explain yourself, have all the answers or pretend everything is okay.

You can simply show up as you are.

And maybe, for the first time in a long time, give yourself permission to stop holding everything so tightly.

Being strong doesn't mean you have to carry everything alone.

And working on yourself doesn't mean there's something wrong with you.

It means you're ready to experience life differently.

Whether you're a man who's always been taught to toughen up, a woman who's spent years putting everyone else first, or someone who's simply ready for a change , this space is for you.

🤍 Come breathe with me.

“I’m fine.” 😤
I used to say this all the time.
And the thing is, I genuinely thought I was.
I was getting everything done.
Looking after everyone.
Working. Being a mum. Showing up.
Pushing through whatever I was feeling because that’s just what I did.
From the outside, I was fine.
But my body was telling a completely different story.
I was constantly switched on. I struggled to slow down. I carried stress, emotions and things I thought I’d already dealt with.
And I didn’t realise how much I was holding until I actually started giving myself the space to stop.

Sometimes you don’t need another strategy.
You don’t need to push harder.
And you definitely don’t need to keep pretending you’re fine.
Sometimes you need to get out of your head, into your body and let some of it go.

That’s what we’re doing this Saturday.

Sometimes growth doesn't look like growth.
Sometimes it looks like being triggered.
Outgrowing people.
Letting go of what you thought you wanted.
Sitting in the uncomfortable.
And finally seeing the patterns you couldn't see before.
Not everything that feels uncomfortable is a sign you're going backwards.
Sometimes it's the exact place the change begins. 🤍 by @sacredflowmethod

YOU’VE HELD IT TOGETHER FOR LONG ENOUGH.
You keep going.
You show up.
You get everything done.
You’re there for everyone else.
But when was the last time you actually stopped long enough to check in with you?
Maybe your mind never really switches off.
Your body always feels tense.
You’re constantly thinking about what needs to happen next.
Or you push and push… until eventually you have nothing left.

The Body Remembers is a powerful 9D Breathwork Experience designed to get you out of your head and back into your body.

You don't need to be “good” at breathwork.
You don't need to have done anything like this before.
And you don't need to know exactly what you need from it.
Just come and experience it.

Sometimes you don't need to think your way through everything.
Sometimes you need to breathe your way back to yourself ❤️🌬 by @sacredflowmethod

YOU MIGHT CALL IT YOUR PERSONALITY
YOUR BODY MIGHT CALL IT PROTECTION

Always needing to be busy
Struggling to sit still
Overthinking everything
Saying yes when you want to say no
Feeling guilty when you rest
Always needing to know what’s happening next
Keeping everyone else happy
Shutting down when things get too much
Holding your breath without even realising

These aren't always just “who you are.”
Sometimes they’re patterns your body has learnt because at some point, they helped you feel safe, stay in control or keep going.
And when you’ve lived that way for long enough, it can start to feel normal

That’s why I believe so much of this work isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about creating enough space to notice what your body has been doing on autopilot
To breathe 🌬
To feel ❤️
To soften 🧘‍♀️
And maybe finally let go of some of what you’ve been carrying
The body remembers!
But it can also learn something different ❤️‍🩹✨️ by @sacredflowmethod

Your body remembers ❤️‍🩹

Not every emotion you push down just disappears
The stress you keep carrying
The pressure of always having to hold it together.l
The things you wanted to say but didn’t
The grief you pushed through
The anxiety you learnt to live with
Sometimes it shows up as a tight jaw, heavy shoulders, a guarded chest, a knot in your stomach, or just that feeling that your body can’t fully switch off
We spend so much time trying to understand everything with our mind, when sometimes the body just needs a safe space to feel it, breathe through it and let some of it go.

Your body has probably been telling you more than you realise. 🤎
