Some of the most beautiful moments this spring occured right in the backyard of my home. The same home in which we mourned the devastating loss of our sun, is the same home that provides so much beautiful life to our soulz. First bouquet of many to come from the land we dwell on. As much joy these flowers bring to my heart, it also saddens my heart to know the anguish and the state of mother earth. But just as she continues to rise, provide, nurture, and nourish despite the unfairness, we find strength in watching and honoring her resiliency. Give much thanks to the greatest example of a mother figure. From our garden. . Bleeding hearts, white peonies, purple hysteria, and pink showy roses.

We'd like to take the moment to open up to our loved ones and supporters, to create space for our tribe. As we enter this 8th week of postpartum, we'd like to introduce and celebrate the successful and smooth home birth of our newest member Zen “Ocho” Preston.

We'd also like to take the moment to open up to our loved ones and supporters, to bear a message that is not a joyful one, and to some it can be just as emotionally impactful to you as it has been to us.

Our tribe has experienced something profound and there is really no easy way to relay this. Unfortunately Zen unexpectedly transitioned within due time after his debut. This experience has been like none other. Mentally, physically, and spiritually this has been a trying situation. We know of life and we know of death, but not often due you hold & equate life and death in the same sentence, let alone in the same experience at once. As we celebrated his arrival, we also celebrated his departure. As parents the last thing you want to do is deal with the death of a life that you brought forth. Just as there is no manuscript on how to be a parent, there is no manuscript on how to grieve or what it looks like. Upon the initial impact of the devastating happening, there was a sense of surreal numbness that overtook the energy in our home. We kept to ourselves to process this, to accept this, and to honor what we were accepting and could not change.

It was hard for us to reach out and bear this news to our loved ones, as this isn't something easy to relay. A good friend reminded us that we are soooooo loved, and that we always give love to everyone and everything around us, that right now in this experience, it is time for us to create space for ourselves to allow others that care for us to hold space for us as well. So here we are.

Many of you that know us and have been following us, know that our daily livity is organic, and free from many chemicals and tampered foods and medicines in today's society. (Continued in comments) by @sacredlibationz

Recap to a evening of sacred space and intention.

This night was absolutely all that I wanted it to be, for myself, for my sistren, and for the cosmos whom used me as a facilitator.

Creating experiences in one of my love languages, and to share the experience with other huemans warms my heart so much. The work don't always be easy ( let me tell you chile 🥴 that was one hellova hill to get everything up and down😵😆 ) but the reward is always great !!!! and thru a power higher than my physical self was I able to make it happen. My sister's had my back @laurentthelegend @anisha.aaliyah @thepursuitoftoni @baby_cakes_psb @islandspicetingz. Forever thankful for y'all in my life and to have shared a memory with you all.

We on this journey not to repeat the same story but to rewrite the narrative

As creating mother we create life and thru life some of our most hidden traumas can be reborn but that doesn't mean they have to be ReLIVED.. we have the divine gift to give our offspring the best present of their life and that is releasing the pain, the traumas, and breaking the shackles of your emotional being.

We don't just heal for ourselves we heal for our children. For our young gods and goddesses, the creator of our future .

Growth

The ability to grow and feel the growth.

It's time that has no count.
It's cold that has no warmth
It's lonely in a room full of people
It's exhilarating like a dose of adrenaline

It's the ugliest and most beautiful thing to experience on this cosmic journey.

Idk which taught me more womanhood, motherhood, adulthood, life... I'm just greatful I was able be a student to these teachers.
Shout-out to my mamas @villageofmothers_la
growing with me. May our journey give us exactly what's do to us

On the other side of the screen real life takes place. The life that actually exists and is your NOW. The part that isn't caught on camera , on the screen or in front of anyone. Only thoughts can entrap you into thinking and feeling that your growth has to be seen. Haven't you heard the saying slow n steady wins the race. Your journey is a solo race , there is no competition, there is no race to the end. No rules, no regulations. When you reach goals or accomplish the unthinkable, only you really know how long you been running this race, the steps it's took, the falls and breaks, side tracks, and loop-t- loops ➿ it took to reach that moment of success. PERSONAL SUCCESS. The terrains be rough chilé wheeeew 😜🤪🤯 but to be able to laugh after you succeeded is the real flex.

With that being said ya girl been chilling , healing, hurting, and happy. I'm loving life right now and this part of loving don't come on the screen it comes in reality. And my reality is peaceful.

CANT BE A MASTERPIECE WITHOUT MASTERING PEACE.

Sending the same to you in your NOW.
