Através de su guía, fuimos entendiendo la cosmovisión andina, los elementos, las fuerzas invisibles, la toma de poder personal y la espiritualidad, todo como parte de un sistema vivo con el que estamos en relación constante.

Con un grupo pequeño, vivimos una iniciación sagrada de sacerdotisas andinas, un momento profundo de mucho respeto que nos recuerda el compromiso que este camino requiere, sembrando armonía justo aquí, en el corazón del mundo donde se concentran una gran fuerza de sistemas.
Profundamente agradecida por este espacio sagrado.
Siempre tuve el deseo de estar frente a alguien que porta esta sabiduría ancestral (como si este momento ya hubiera sido creado)

Purging In Ceremony and In Life 💫
Purging is often misunderstood as something that only happens physically during a ceremony.
Purging is not sickness.
It is not the body reacting to something wrong or toxic in the way people imagine.
It is a moment of release.
when the body, the emotions, and the spirit begin to let go
of what has been carried for too long.
Sometimes, it moves through the stomach.
Sometimes through tears.
Sometimes through silence, shaking, or deep breath.

But we don’t only purge with medicine.
We purge through life itself 💫
Through heartbreak.
Through truth spoken out loud.
Through the moment, you finally allow yourself
to put something down.

In ceremony, purging is held within a container — guided, witnessed, and respected.
The same movement exists beyond ceremony.
It lives in the way we release habits, identities, and stories that no longer belong to who we are becoming.

True purging is not dramatic.
It is a return to balance 💫
A clearing that happens when awareness
becomes strong enough to let go....
And sometimes… the deepest purges
are the quiet ones no one sees ♡

Preparation is also an essential part of the journey 🌿
Entering into work with the medicine is not only
about the ceremony itself, but about how we arrive to it ..
with awareness, responsibility, and intention.

Whether it is the first time someone sits with the medicine or they feel called to return to it, preparation becomes a way of honoring the process. Each time we come to the medicine, we are different. For that reason, taking time to prepare the body, the mind, and the emotional space is a fundamental act of respect toward oneself and toward the work, and throughout this preparation a space of support and orientation is held

Just as integration supports what happens after the experience, preparation supports what happens before creating a bridge so that when the moment arrives, we meet it with presence, grounding, and openness. 🌱💚
