For those of you who love a short and sweet affirmation or validation from the universe - this one's for you .

I generally do blind readings , which means I don't want ANY information from you. The night before your reading you can focus on the question in your mind and ask for confirmation to come through .

Confirmation usually comes as a symbol , word or scenario. It could be a sunflower 🌻, a kardinal , sometimes even a name or song. These are just examples , but you get the idea .

I am Intuned with my spirit animal deck as I've always had lucid dreams with animals comming through and that's how I interpret thoughts , warnings , suggestions etc. Sometimes I will combine readings with my tarot deck as well if I feel called for something more in depth .

An exchange of $22 can be sent via e-transfer before your reading which will be given by a confirmed time . All readings will include 3-5 cards with description , photo and interpretation .

Live well and prosper 🌷

At Sacred Essentials, I offer heart-centered Reiki and intuitive oracle readings to support your healing journey — wherever you are.
I’ve been attuned to Reiki Level 2 since 2018, allowing me to channel healing energy both in person and at a distance with intention and care.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that helps clear blockages, restore balance, and support your emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
Distance Reiki works just as effectively, as energy is not limited by time or space. You can relax in your own home while receiving your session.
Afterward, you’ll receive a personalized email with:
✨ A photo of your card spread
✨ Insight into what came through during your healing
✨ A brief, thoughtful explanation of your oracle reading
Energy & insight — no matter the distance.

Distance Reiki and Oracle Readings will be $33.00 as an introductory rate for first time clients . After your first session - these will be $44. Thank you 🙏 🌷

Do you remember sitting with me , searching for the Northern Star ?
Irredescent in the moonlight
Under end of summer skies'
I reckon the lakes full of tears ,
Of both unsaid and long goodbyes
Silhouettes of ghosts dancing
Amidst a haunting loons cry 🌔
